Any recommendation or tips from you guys who have gone through it? I'm guessing for the first couple days she won't have a ton of energy, but after that she should be OK to walk her normal amount right, just with a cone?

Be prepare for bad gas.

Evie was really only out of it the night we brought her home. She really didn't seem to have any pain, was just loopy from the drugs from the surgery. As soon as they wore off, the hardest part was trying to keep her quiet and from doing her zoomies all over the house. She didn't have a cone and never touched the stitches so maybe Kai won't need one. Walking and exercise is perfectly fine, you just don't want them to over do it. Good luck to your girl! She'll be back to herself in no time.
