| Ah thanks for the tip! I'll try not to get too frustrated! ^_^ As far as names go I think I have it narrowed down to a few options: 1) Dash/Flash (basically keeping the name or changing it a little bit) 2) Aranck (Native American) or Hoshi (Japanese) (both mean Star, complimenting the star-like pattern on his back) 3) A ton of names from movies, books, Video Games, and TV series. Okay so maybe I haven't narrowed down the list as much as I would've liked to... Edit: Maybe I'll call him Chrome, the name sounds really good in my head at least. xD |

| Me too; in fact I think I might keep that name. Although I'm not 100% positive yet so any input is very welcome... xD |

Megan, I didn't get frustrated with Karli as a pup either because she was just a puppy and didn't know any better. Its when they do know better that it gets frustrating lol. I like Chrome too!!! |

| Chrome is neat. For some reason Dashall Chrome popped into my head, maybe it's because we've been calling him Dash for almost 4 weeks lol. A name will come to you and just feel right. |

| Congrats, I got Parker just around the same time my daughter was born, it worked out pretty good besides the lack of sleep from waking up every 2 to 3 hours to feed the baby and take Parker out to use the bathroom |

| Thanks guys! What is this Dashall Chrome you speak of? I've never heard of it before. Although the irony here is that I use firefox (even if the name is based off of Chromium/Chrom from Fire Emblem xD) I like the name, it sounds better than anything else I've thought of so probably either that or Dash... Time for a poll, just for fun of course to see which name you guys like better. (although since I'm indifferent towards either name... O-o ) Edit: Although my parents hate the name Chrome for some unknown reason, and I just noticed that Dash could be thought of as Rainbow Dash... This means war. >:c |

| Of course as soon as I put up a poll I actually think of a perfect name that both my family and I really like ( I could've pushed for Chrome but this name kind of sticks better, even if it is more common than I would've liked. ) So yeah... Disregard the poll I guess... .__. |

| Yeah it's Yukon, despite how popular the name is and the fact that I wanted a unique-ish name. Something about the name just sort of seems appropriate and it kind of sticks, you know? (although I don't know too many people who actually name their dogs Yukon, so maybe it's less common than I thought...? xD )

| PICTURES! :O
Oh by the way, do you guys think a 9"-14" collar would be too big to start with? I don't really want to get an 8"-12" one unless I have to because I'd like the collar to last a bit longer. (Haven't ordered it yet...) |

| I got a lupine size small which I believe is 9-14" and it fits her just fine. It's adjusted to about half way adjusted. I got a size small harness too 10-13" which is a teeny bit loose on her but just fine. I wouldn't go any smaller than that. Caoimhe is about 10 lbs right now, but we will be going to the vet later on so I can let you know for sure. |

| Yukon's a great name! And, yeah, I wouldn't go smaller than 9-14. I'm pretty sure that's what I got. I got a small Martingale collar. I'm a fan of the Martingales because they don't choke but still are good at keeping the dog from slipping out of the collar, especially while on leash or on lead. I also got a small harness I'm eager to start Layla on, too. She comes home tomorrow!!! |

| I will have to look, but I think I might have a small harness I could send you. I can't remember if I still have it or not. :)I started Dizzy with a 8"-11" collar and I had it as tight as it would go to start, a 9" would have been too big for him. I think I went up to the next size when he was around 4-5 months. I have a few extra collars too that I never ended up using after I got his rolled leather one. That's my favorite. Edit - I agree with the martingale collar. |

| Ah okay thanks guys! I probably wont get a harness for awhile since I wont really be doing any "hardcore" walks until he's older and I also don't have unlimited money either. But I just ordered a collar thanks to you guys, so yeah thanks! (9"-14" is the smallest size for medium collars on Lupine's website iirc.)
If you guys wanted to send me your old stuff then you would be the most awesomest (I know that's not a word) people on the planet! :O |

| Yay, name twins! I also got the Wild west pattern, but didn't get a matching lead because I like the shadow hunter pattern better and will probably get that one with a matching leash when he's old enough (I'll probably get either a Flat Out or Slackline from Ruffwear for now, then maybe a knot a leash later in the future) |

I'll try to get some pics, but the snap for the leashes can be kinda iffy. Link was able to unsnap it, Yuki and Cloud were fine. Lupine was awesome and let me return my 8 snap leashes and I got the slip leads instead, I can either add my own locking carabiners or, what I did for now, was slip the handle through the harness or collar ring, and then slip the handle through the slip lead ring, and then its attached as if you slipped it through the collar/harness ring instead of the dogs neck. I'll try to get pictures probably Wednesday when I have minutes on my phone again. I love ruffwears stuff but it doesn't match my color schemes so only reason I didn't get it (but I guess Link's lupines don't match either, sigh oh well ;P ) |

| shadow hunter is an awesome pattern! I like Ruffwear just because it seems to be higher quality (at least I hope it is because that stuff costs a lot of money D:< )
Discounts! I haven't gotten a leash yet so maybe I can save some money (if not then I'm sure they'll have other stuff) thanks for sharing! ^_^ |

And Ruffwear is pretty high quality. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. I use the knot-a-leash and I love the locking carabiner. The handle is comfortable too. I can't really use it like a waist leash though, like their flat out leash (I think). |

| Yeah I'm getting the flat out leash for now, mainly to (hopefully) make house training easier. In the future when I have more money the knot-a-leash will probably be on my list of things to get. |
