Everyone reacting to photos but I can't see any
So weird.

Erica, a few posts up, Megan posted a Instagram link, that's where the picture is. I think Instagram disallows taking of pics so even though I can screen shot it and post it here, I'd hate to get in trouble for it.

Funnily enough I was saying the other day how I need a better one! I have mostly laminate floor though, well all laminate and vinyl, but I have rugs throughout the house that need vacuuming LOL. Thanks!

I also get to share the good news that Kenai got adopted today! He's got a Siberian Husky sister the same age as him and two loving adoptors. I'm really gonna miss him.. he was perfectly behaved and SO cuddly. So glad he has his forever home though! So now I'm down to just Rogue for fosters, which works out with Captain coming in 4 weeks.

Captain, now named Uta, came home a couple weeks ago. We had such a blast at the New England Sleddog Trade Fair. Learned so much, got Ame, Yona, and Uta new xback harnesses, got to meet internet friends and catch up with Ame and Yona's breeders, it was wonderful. Uta has settled in perfectly, and next week we will finally have some cool weather to take the team mushing.

Congrats! He's beautiful!!! Last pic is amazing. First pic, he looks like a foal, not in a bad way of course, just the way he's holding his tail and his gait reminds me of a baby horse.

Haha, very fitting. He was having zoomies around the yard in the first few shots, he runs very derpily. Throws his legs out, its hilarious.

You have such a unique team. Looks like he was made to be a part of it. Hope the mushing goes well.

Thank you so much! It has been going VERY well!

Just a quick update, mushing has been great, Uta is extremely bonded to me and fit right in with everyone. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect yearling. For the month of January we have already gone 101 miles - our runs ranging from 5 to 10 miles, 8 on average.


I also got a puppy - definitely wasnt in the plans but he is Ame and Yona's half-brother (same mom) and I just couldnt resist. Going to have an amazing 4 dog team next year.

More puppy pictures because puppy. He's 15 weeks old now.
