Didn't take too long, just had to get Link to stop staring at the cats. xD After they learned i had treats they obeyed pretty much immediately. Besides Yuki's impatience, lol, i got some good pics of them together. Lol, Link and his cats. |

Thanks!! I really really love it I was too scared to get one at first because I thought I'd measure wrong but a friend of mine skyped me and helped me measure to make sure it was the perfect fit. |

| Awesome pictures.
How do you bike in the winter? Do you go right after a fresh snow or something? I can just imagine me trying to do this and falling over on ice or something. I love that you were super prepared with the helmet! |

Love the pic of Cloud sleeping under the Spirit Hood. Thanks I posted even more pics to my January album on fb, this is just a few of my favs. His sammies are Nessa (shorter, fluffier) and Teemu (taller, lankier). They are characters and love bugs <3 and I love the pic of Cloud sleeping on my hoodie too!! We were driving back from sledding and he did it all by himself, sleeping there all adorable <3 - siku&nikolai wrote:

I love that you were super prepared with the helmet! Yup we go when there's no ice, and when there's very little snow. We've only gone a couple times, I'm not a huge fan TBH, I fell at least four times when I went with Yuki and Link pulling me since I'm still getting used to my bike, but I can't wait to try out the trails once the snows melted, it was a lot of fun. And yeah the helmet was Mike's.. kept me safe and protected though!! |

Ahh forgot I set that as my new sig, surprisingly no!! He keeps the tug tight the entire time and actually edges the huskies on, 'c'mon guys another mile, don't slow down now!' and if Link goes off the trail into the deep snow Cloud nips at his shoulder to get back on! lmao! I'll update this thread with some photos later on, for now I gotta skedaddle off! |

| Where did you get the harnesses you use on your dogs? And do you like them? Do they work for walking. |

The x-back harnesses? Like the one Link is wearing at the top of this page? I got them from a lady named Lynn Cheffins in Canada, she custom makes them. I've also got one on the way from Nooksack Racing. I LOVE both brands. They're custom-fit. But no, they are not good for walking, as the design leaves legs open to move freely and boosts their pulling power. I use either their flat collars or WYDWL's for walking On a side note, today I took the pups to get microchips. It's something I had been wanting to do for a LONG time, but kept not being able to get done without having a car. Today I was off work, and a pet store 3 miles away was having a clinic. Soooo round trip we walked 6.55 miles, I've got happy, microchipped pups and a very tired mommy |
