I wouldn't fret too much about the backyard. Rescue organizations are overrun, and if they understand anything about huskies then they'll know that a backyard isn't proper exercise. My two live in an apartment with me, but they still get more exercise than most.

I'm still awaiting a phone call interview. The waiting is killing. I keep looking at his photo and think how great it would be if we got him. I think I'm going to be heartbroken if they finally do call me back and tell me no or that he has already been adopted.

I keep watching this post as well. The suspense is killing me to find out if you get him or not. I am sure it is driving you crazy as well. I really do hope you get him!!!

Just got off the phone with the rescue and Nova is going to a home. Sad

pending his two week adoption trial goes well he will be in his forever home if not they will give me call me and see if he will fit here. I'm a little heartbroken but happy that boy may have found his home.

So sorry to hear that! I went through the same thing recently, but the one I was looking at went to a great home....and I ended up with an awesome pup. I'm sure the same will happen to you!
