I'm the same way with names. I like to find a name that fits and hasn't been used over and over. Since I created the name Shaqua for a wolf when I was writing fiction I knew it was original! LOL

Thank you everyone! I am beyond excited, I can't wait . I just have to go buy a boy harness/collar since pink isn't going to cut it . I have been filling out adoption papers left and right but having a 9 year old declawed cat is the problem, no one will adopt an older husky out because of it so my only way was to get another pup and raise him/her with it, which is fine with me they are cuter hehe! I found out Selena came from a not so good breeder so I decided to go some where else so I am traveling 3 hours to Maine and getting him from Running With Huskies in Wiscasset. They are AKC registered, champion bloodlines, show potential and all their dogs are sled dogs.

And those eyes! One blue, one brown they are soooo cute...still can't think of a name

I know I'm going to be in for some craziness with 2 pups but I'm totally up for it!

Watson has bi-eyes too! It's such a different look from the two blue!!
He's going to be absolutely gorgeous as he grows up, because he sure looks good right now!! But for me, Bio major and all I seem to pick Sciencey names, and I've very rarely ever ran into another dog with the same name. I think I've met maybe 1 Darwin in the 2.5 years we've had him, and haven't met a Watson yet since getting him a month ago.

The pups will just end up loving each other and playing non stop, and tiring themselves out. It's great! My two are passed out at my feet from their play session a couple minutes ago, patiently waiting for my boyfriend to get home so we can go on a w-a-l-k. Have to spell it out when they're around, otherwise they get super vocal. Best of luck with the pup!!

He does look like Nika!! Can't wait to see him grow and see how much it changes I'm still watching Selena's coat change, its awesome.

I know Selena is going to LOVE playing with him...My neighbors 2 year old lab comes over some times up to 3 times a day just to play and has been ever since Selena was 9 weeks old and now she actually sits at the corner of the yard all day steering across the street waiting to see her friend come out the door! Eeeeek, hurry up Saturday your friends are waiting for you Jax!!!!

He's home!!!!! After an all day trip (thank god it's over lol) and an EXTREMELY busy day with 2 pups they have finally decided to lay down to take a nap so I could get on here to update!

We were gonna name him Jax but it didn't seem to fit him so I decided to change it to Kojak

They did excellent in the car, Selena loves him..this was the ride home...


Then we get home and they play play play until Kojak found Selena's food bowl and devoured it before anyone could pick it up and thennnnn came the diarrhea ! Stupid me for not going to get his kind of food at the pet store before coming home!

Besides that problem, Selena gets mad when he steals her deer and elk antlers and tries to snap at him, ugh! Also when they are eating she is being fresh but hopefully with time we will have it all resolved! Otherwise, she loves having a friend!!








I am beyond exhausted....I hope they let me sleep tonight, HAHA right

Awwww!!! I think they will be great friends. Puppy fever is quite rampant around here, all of you with your cute little pups.... but I know I need to wait until Fall when I KNOW I have time to give them lots of attention...
