| Welcome! What a cute baby. What colors are the parents?
It's common for 2 female huskies to not get along. There are ways to work through it, but sometimes they really are just "bitches", lol. I'm sure MayaandSophie already knows that, though. Good luck with working through that. |

Lol, yup i do. I wanted a male but my family doesn't like male dogs. I'm also curious as to what the parents colors are. |

Good luck with working through that. She doesn't have two females, only the one pup xD and he's a male. So I don't think she will have that issue. |

| I was talking about MayaandSophie, who said her 3 were having issues. The OP said she'd never heard of 2 huskies not getting along. |

Ah, I see. When you said "Good luck with working through that." I thought it was aimed at the OP, and I got confused. |

| The parents for Koda's litter are a gray/white male and a black/white female.
I definitely agree about socialization outweighing the risk of disease. I took Mishka to the park Saturday where he played with another dog. As long as you don't let them eat poop I'm pretty sure you're okay. You have to expose them to some things before they finish their shots. _________________ |

| Thanks for the replies everyone! Yup, as Ashleigh said, Koda's daddy is Sully, a saddle-back grey and white. His page with pictures are here: http://www.mikaylakennels.com/dog_page_Sulley.htm His Mommy is Maddie who is a black and white (diluted, methinks?). Her page is here: http://www.mikaylakennels.com/dog_page_Maddie.htm Beware the music! ;P Oh yes, haha. I was just refering to that Huskies are typically so friendly! I can't imagine them just not playing to death with every living creature nearby. Thank you Ashleigh and Qannik! I am a hypocondriach... and I'm probably even worse with Koda, and he isn't even here yet! I'm going to ask the breeder again but I am pretty sure he has already had two round of shots (Ashleigh can probably verify too, since they're from the same breeder). So should he be OK to go to parks and what not? There are lots of stray cats around here, which is the only reason I am concerned. However; I do know some of those cats have been through the process of being caught by Animal Services, spayed, given shots and re-released. And they seem fine! ;P Do any of you think his coat will change colors at all? I am going to start a scrap book of pictures soon on the forum! |

| His coat will definitely change colors! He'll probably go from a beige color and slowly to a light grey color and maybe change some more. |
