Alpine will be getting a sister within the next two weeks. I found a 2 year old female at a local shelter, she came in as a stray & they have been calling her "Shyla", but I'd like to change her name to something that goes along with Alpine.

Name Suggestions???

Did you name Alpine after the Alps? If so, why? You like skiing? Snowboarding? The scenery?I'm happy to help just need to know the background of why you choose Alpine....like my little guy is Vegeta from Dragonball Z, so Goku or Gohan or Trunks would be a good fit for my next guy....get what I mean?

Honestly, my fiance named him & it just stuck. I'm not sure he really had a reasoning behind it.

Those are just a few...they're quite out there but I figured you were interested in something other than the basic Buddy, Sam, Bailey, Charlie, etc

My favorite part of getting a new pet.... names! I'm a name fanatic. Instead of listing a ton, (which I could easily do...), I'll just mention the one I thought of when I saw her photo.... Shasta. If she's getting used to Shyla it'd be easy to convert her to this one too!

Aspen is a nice name, it was high on my list when I got my pup. Picking a name is so hard. She's super cute

oh Aspen! I knew I was missing a biggie. Picking a name is always fun. It's really one of those things where the second you say it, just the way it flows off your tongue you know that's it. Love that feeling.

I was thinking Aspen, but didn't want another "A" name.
My kids want to keep her name "Shyla", but I like Denali, Isis, Shasta, Sitka, Luna, Jasmine

How about Skyla? Or Sky?

I think we are going with "Isis", we will be bring her home in 1 week. I'm so excited!!
