I'm in the same boat. I'd love to move from where I am to be closer to campus, but I can't find anywhere that's in a decent part of town and allows huskies. I'm going to start looking at houses and condos for rent, but I've never had much luck with them.

It's frustrating, especially when I think about how many people get away with lying about this. The complex I'm in now isn't supposed to allow pitbulls or pit-mixes, but there's a pitbull in the apartment above mine. Oh well.

I'm so so sorry you're having trouble! We were very lucky to not have that problem in our search. In the area we moved to, all the complexes that allowed dogs, allowed huskies. My advice would be to keep looking. You don't want to move in and then be asked to leave. :/ good luck darling.
