2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.

Here in Northern Maine, we've just been getting dumped on over and over lately! We had Nemo (pictures after Storm Nemo), than 1 week later this past weekend, it snowed from Fri to Sunday evening with blizzard status on Sunday giving us another foot. And now, they are calling for another foot of snow from tonight into tomorrow afternoon. While I LOVE this snow and so does my girl Fallon (in pictures), I get the new 8 week old pup next Wed! Sure is going to be fun and interesting to house train with all this snow! LOL

The back sliding door to our house can not be opened... Luckily we have many other doors to use!

As for potty training mayne shovel a path from your sliding door into a open area that you keep shovled for the pup. It can be like a snow fence around him lol.. I doubt he would need a leash if the snow stays that high lol

Off our back deck, we keep a trail shoveled that leads to a big circle for Fallon, however do you think we should keep a separate path/circle for the new pup to keep the potty spots separate? I'm thinking more to protect Fallon (older dog) since I know she's all clean and clear. This way if the pup has any worms at first, pup has a separate potty spot?

Holy crap that is a TON of snow! I would be in heaven!

We're lucky enough down here if it gets past 40 degrees in the winter let alone cold enough for flurries. Lol.

I'm about 35 miles north of UMO! I went there for a year just to take extra nutrition courses while waiting to get into the nutrition internship program I did complete. I also substituted in Old Town schools (right next to Orono) during the same year I went to UMO! My oldest is in High School now and he plans to go to UMO for engineering.

I'm in Rhode Island. I remember the days of non-stop snow. I lived in Old Town for two years and had to walk to campus. Bean boots were my best friend!
