| well I just got to work and read Eddys post and I think we all need to send good vibes out there for Bubba. he really needs it and I hope Eddy comes back from the vet with some hope on a recovery for him. Edit: Eddy just let me know Bubba passed about 20 min ago, he will be gone for some time but lets all send him messages anyway to let him know we are here for him during this time. you will be missed BUBBA. _________________

| Ugh. Not a good way to start the day. Poor Bubba and poor Eddy. I just went over and read the thread, I assumed it was tooth care issues or something... boy was I surprised. Poor Bubba. I'll miss seeing your pictures. _________________ Posts made by me are not associated or approved by itsahuskything.com. | it started with bleeding in the mouth that lead to them finding out he had no platelets left in his blood and then it went downhill from there. I'm sure in time Eddy will be back and we will know more. i was crying this morning when i got the text he sent. Bubba was a really COOL dog. hiking with him was so much fun, gonna miss the boy. he was only 5yrs. _________________ |

| Thanks for the thoughts everyone. Due to Lindsay's work drama I am here alone trying to deal with the entire house dragging me down. Sioux went with us to say goodbye, and he's still turning down hot dogs and raw chicken. I've been awake since 4:00am Wednesday and I can't sleep. He was six, and there was no fixing what was wrong. We still don't really know what happened. The look in his eyes when he couldn't stand up and puked blood all over the living room will haunt me for a very long time. He doesn't hurt anymore... Love you bigga-baby. We miss you... I need to find something to do. Talk to you all later, and thanks again for the support. Hug your dogs. I forgot to add that he had us, Casey, my sister and my mom all there to walk him over the bridge. |

| IM SO SO SO SORRY! I know exactly how you feel. My heart is breaking for you. It is still fresh in my heart as Jax just passed in JAN and I still miss him daily and I still look in the backyard and talk to him b/c he is buried back there. Eddy this will get easier with time but he will always be in your heart and just look forward to the day he will run to you when you join him! |

| I don't do well with emotions, especially the kind of emotions that involve sadness. Just know that even the people that didn't get to meet him were influenced by the pictures that you posted. I can't count how many friends of mine I've shown pictures of Bubba too. My personal favorite: I laugh every time I see that. He brought happiness to a lot of people. You should be proud. Ugh... now my eyes are all puffy and crap. _________________ Posts made by me are not associated or approved by itsahuskything.com. | So, so sorry, Eddy for all you've had to go through. My heart aches for you. Just last Sunday, I sat with my sister as she watched her 16 year old Cocker Spaniel cross the bridge. Been through it too many times. It is never easy, but may knowing Bubba is at peace bring you some small measure of comfort. Take care.... Woooooo-woooooooo!!!!!!! |
