click on the Host an image button (13th button from the left) search your computer for the image you wish to post. click on host it. Once it's uploaded select and copy the direct link provided. Click on the Insert an image button (14th from the left) and paste the url you copied. Select insert. That will post a picture. If you already have pictures hosted online ( image shack etc.) you can use the url they provide for the picture you want to post.
