| Hey everyone! I ran across and found out about this AWESOME box for 4 legged friends! & I figured, why not share it with everyone! So this deal is called a BARKBOX. How cute right?? So, when you apply for BarkBox, every month you will receive a box in the mail with four or more carefully selected products and presents for your dog. For as low as $18.20/month for 6 months, each box will include a different mix of goodies like bones, bully sticks, toys, treats, gadgets, shampoos, hygiene products, food samples, and more. If you sign up before the cutoff date (the 10th of each month) you'll receive your BarkBox this month! They ship BarkBoxes on the 15th of each month, so you'd get it 2-8 business days after. By the way, they ship to both the U.S. & Canada! But, it is $5/month for the box to ship to Canada. The thing that I really admired is that when you subscribe to BarkBox, the company gives 10% of all proceeds to a local shelter or rescue. They'll charge the full total up front. So say you go with the $18.20/a month for 6 months deal... they'll charge you $109.20 as whole, which I feel like it isn't so bad because you won't have to worry about them charging monthly... it's straight up $109.20 and you wont have to pay anymore after that. So now that you know about it, and if you're interested... you could sign up here ! By clicking that link and signing up, you'll get $5 off your first subscription. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Here are Ruby's past Barkboxes: October 2012 BarkBoxNovember 2012 Barkbox December 2012 Barkbox January 2013 Barkbox

| I learned about barkbox after I paid for three months of pawbox. Even though pawbox is cheaper( it really is "cheaper" they are more sample then anything) I was going to switch to barkbox once my pawboxes run out next month. |

| It's really worth it. I was surprised to receive these regular sized bags of treats and not some teeny weeny sample bags. You really get your moneys worth. |

| Oh okay! Thanks! I'll edit it in a few. I been meaning to write reviews on each item within the monthly Barkbox like I said I would in a previous post, but I'm still attending college and as you could imagine, that's a handful! I'll Try my best to! |

| Been there, done that! Time is one of those finicky things that you always have too much of or not enough of.. Not looking for full-out reviews or anything, but even (ball park) comparative price points of what you get vs. what you pay for would be helpful! |

| Thank you for the post, I actually saw this on Groupon the other day (it sold out and I missed it). I wondered how many fun items come in it ie toys no bagged single treats? I have three kiddies and they all like toys which is hard to share. but I thought maybe i could hoard the toys until I have three new but have fun with the rest. I wishh I did not miss iton Groupon because it would have been a good "trial" I could have done.
It looks like in your pictures that Ruby got one toy one "larger" treat and the bag treats too. Is that correct? And I assume you signed up for the Big and Bold larger dog size correct? Thank for any info. |

Not looking for full-out reviews or anything, but even (ball park) comparative price points of what you get vs. what you pay for would be helpful! Smile No problem! I could do that. For example, in the October 2012 Barkbox, Ruby received the Feelgood Trail Blazin' Bitz (4 oz). She loveeeed it and I was happy to find that the retail price for it is $5.95. She also received the Moody Pet Humunga Stache and that retails for $12, although she doesn't play with it often. The Tropiclean Clean Teeth Gel (4 oz) retails for $15 ALONE! Ruby goes CRAZY when she sees me bringing out the gel to clean her teeth. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the retail price for the snake toy from Lollycadoodle, but I would imagine it being a little pricey because it's made out of 100% wool. I couldn't find the retail price for the Metro Paws Poopy Pack either. But already with those 4 things, you're paying $18.50 for a box, when really in stores, you'd be paying more then $33 for this box in particular! I'll definitely write a real review on more boxes later, but I hope that helped. |

Thank for any info. That's disappointing! I heard of Groupon having the Barkbox deals and I always miss them as well! Each month, your dog will normally receive a box full of 4-6 goodies to enjoy and each box will include a different mix of goodies like bones, bully sticks, toys, treats, gadgets, shampoos, hygiene products, food samples, and more. But there's no telling how many toys will be in the box. From what I've noticed so far subscribing with Barkbox, Ruby usually receives 1 toy. I had Ruby set up with the "Just Right" Barkbox (20-50 pounds). |
