If you use it as a grooming table, I guess it's needed.
I just get down on all fours on the deck.

Something else for them to chew up?? Though it would make a decent grooming table - just the right height (for me), and they can use the bench as a step to jump up.

All my huskies love laying on it, it seems to be where they like to go because they are higher, but they can't see anymore than if they just stood on the ground. They love it and go there everytime I let them out.
