Thanks everyone! His coat is definitely a little different lol. We don't usually get snow so they all definitely had a great time. It was incredibly difficult to convince them to come inside after they were all wet and covered in snow.

Graham, he is actually *cough* 80-ish lbs affraid  I'm not sure if he's a poorly bred husky or mixed with something, but he is definitely massive lol. I call him "Gordis" which is spanish for Fatty haha

Amy, lol I hope you all  enjoyed the pictures.

Renee, hopefully you guys get some too! It's definitely rare in our area, right?!

Jen, we actually make fun of him for his hilarious underbite. He looks funny when wet. I'll try to post some better, and dry photos of him lol. He's definitely a sweetheart.

PostSubject: Re: Lycus' Scrapbook   lycus - Lycus' Scrapbook - Page 4 EmptyTue Mar 24, 2015 8:23 pm

So as some of you may know, I have been SUPER busy with school. I'll be graduating in December so I've been working on my portfolio and hopefully I will start applying for jobs and/or possibly grad school this summer. affraid

I haven't had a whole lot of free time to take pictures of Lycus and the other weirdos but I wanted to introduce Cookie properly lol.

He is around 10 months old (I think) and he was in a bad situation with his previous owner. Always outside, underweight, fur was super matted and when we finally convince the owner to give him to us instead, we find out he has parvo too. So we took him to the vet, one week and $800 later, he is a parvo survivor! He was only weighing 4 pounds at the time Sad You also couldn't get near him with a brush because he would freak out. I can now brush and bathe him without any problem, and he actually enjoys it now! He will also be neutered soon. He is now happy, vaccinated, parvo free and weighs 8 pounds. He is not underweight, just tiny! Rey, our poodle mix weighs 14 pounds but they're around the same size. Rey is just fat lol.

He has gotten along great with Lycus, and especially Rey. They're the weird trio of the household haha.

This is him. He is a shitzu-poodle mix or something. He always looks so mangy haha.
lycus - Lycus' Scrapbook - Page 4 IMG_9898_zpsr5io2s0a

This is what he looks like when he's super happy lol

Him and Rey get a long great
lycus - Lycus' Scrapbook - Page 4 IMG_9908_zps9rxxqetf

Rey being "majestic"
lycus - Lycus' Scrapbook - Page 4 IMG_9899_zpssgrptn0s

And of course, my fatty. His fur is also looking really bad right now due to the coat blowing :/

Happy to hear you rescued them and your household adapted so nicely!

So it's been a while since I've uploaded more pictures. I took a couple when my sister was over with her two dogs for a play date a couple of weeks ago. The fluffy one is Lola, a 9 years old, and the other jack russel looking one is Bruce. He is the sweetest dog ever haha I took too many pictures of him.

lycus - Lycus' Scrapbook - Page 4 IMG_0361_zpsiwmsv6wj

His face is always dirty due to the fact that he always dunks it in his water buckets outside and then plays in the dirt

Lycus is officially 4 years old today! Words can't explain how much he's helped me out these last couple of months. He's been like a therapy dog to me after my dad passed away. We will be getting ice cream and a super long walk today! Too busy for a big outing but hopefully next weekend I can take him out to White Sands or a long Hike!
