Hi!

My 14 week old puppy Luna, has been allowed out today for the first time.
How far are you supposed to walk puppies of this age?
People keep saying I have to be careful as not to give her joint problems in the future.
Any advice is very welcome as I think she would run forever if I let her lol Smile)

Very Happy

A really good rule of thumb for walking puppies is 5 minutes per month of age. So since Luna is 14 weeks, 15-17 minutes would be an appropriate length and no structured runs until she's around a year. Just make sure you supplement walks with romps in the yard and training sessions, and Luna will do great Smile

2-3 times per day really is plenty, I wouldn't do any more than that.
