A few months ago we had gotten really excited to be adding a beautiful white female to our family.  Then the co-breeder decided she wanted her and we lost her...well life and the interesting turns it takes reunited us with her.  We are so thrilled to be welcoming her into our home!  Can't wait to see what she brings to our team and in the show ring!

Wow she is stunning!! I've never been a big fan of the whites but she would change my mind in a heartbeat   definitely want to snuggle her!

I can honestly say I never thought I'd have a pure white! I just never saw ones I really liked, outside of the Tovik Siberians whites, and now here she is

She's actually out of running lines- no show influence in the immediate pedigree

I just love Rogue pictures she is fast becoming a forum favorite of mine she always looks like the happiest wee girl and the lovely plushness of her coat gets me every time - she's magnificent!

Bath day for the white dog!

She's so pretty! Looking forward to seeing her show ring debut and future successes. I know being white might add to the challenge, but when you win, you know it will be because she's a great example of the breed! I can't wait to see her development.

Well in a big disheartening announcement Rogue had failed her eye exam and will have to be spayed. Let this be a lesson to be learned, always research and verify your breeders are doing right by their breeding programs. Rogue's parents were never health tested prior to breeding and she is the one that is suffering for it.

How disappointing for you...and such a pretty girl, too. I'm so sorry.

So the only thing the breeder had to say was "that's Karma" in regards to her breeding failing her eye exam. Classy- I guess it was too much to expect this breeder to stand behind her irresponsible breeding program!

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but can't you just leave her intact and still show her? If the cataract isn't visible to the naked eye, it wouldn't be considered a fault, right? Or is it just not worth the effort if she isn't going to be part of a breeding program? Or just don't want to deal with the risk of leaving her intact in case of an "oops"?

It is HIGHLY unethical to take points away from a bitch that could benefit the breed. After all, conformation showing is to determine breeding stock. If she has a hereditary disease, it's not worth it.

So the latest in the saga of the breeder dilemma is now the breeder is denying any association at all with the litter and is blaming the whole thing on the co-breeder. I'm at a complete loss. Beware who you do business with I guess. Responsibility is something too much for some to bare...

Wow. She is nuts!

Nuts is probably the nicest way to put it. Its obvious she doesn't have a shred of decency in her...by far the most unethical person I have ever come to deal with.
