Forum Rules | 1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule. |

| Sometimes Ridik annoys the living hell out of me. Part of the problem is likely the fact that I am here all day with the dogs. But all of the other dogs are content being by themselves while I do other things. Not the idiot Husky though. He MUST be by my side nearly every time I so much as take one step. If I go outside, he goes outside. If I go back inside, he must go back inside. If I go upstairs... You get the idea. It's like I'm attached to him by an invisible leash about 15 feet long.
The not annoying part is the fact that torturing him is so delightfully easy. If I can manage to get to the back door before he hears me, I can exit and leave his ass behind while he watches me walk away. It friggin' cracks him. Pacing, howling, pawing at the door and all of that fun stuff. Then I call him through the door to really freak him out. Finally when it looks like he's about to explode, I let him out and sneak back in around him. Thus repeating the cycle again. Stupid dog. He's on the couch with one eye open looking at me in the kitchen through the banister. Guess I have to accept the fact that someone is watching me all day long. |

| LMAO- Koda used to do that to me. He's since learned that if I get up and move around, most likely I'm coming back to my office and thus he parks it unless I leave for a long period of time or he decides to use the couch Hailey is WAY worse. She must be under your feet at all times- I think it's part of being neglected for so long. _________________ www.itsahuskything.com It's a husky thing... you wouldn't understand. |

| That is to funny! Sierra did that to me the first month we got her and then when we added Jack she backed off some but still follows me every now and then, it is funny cause they both hang around me more then my husband. i know he gets sad sometimes cause of it. like when we get ready for bed and he is in bed and trys calling the dogs up and they just lay there then i come into bed and say one word and they both just in with us and then the 2 of them have there own leash as if one it out side and not the other they want back in they have to always go out side together, so weird. _________________ |
