After what we went thru with our Mal, I was content on not getting another dog for a long while but my kind hearted sister got in touch with my wife and has offered her a dog that was found by a rescuer after it was attacked by another dog and seriously hurt. The dog is female and appears about a year old and is very friendly with people and all animals including small dogs and cats. My wife wants her but I insisted on a meet and greet first. My sister and I both think she is a shepard and possibly husky mix. what do yall think.

Looks like she could be a lab/ husky or heeler/ husky mix.

The heeler I kinda see. On another forum they mentioned Feist and also heeler.

I'm not too familiar with heelers but I can see where the lab comparison comes from. I'd say lab/husky with something else hiding in there.

You know, a DNA test is only about 80 bucks, and there are a lot of people who have reviewed the dna tests against purebreds with papers, and known mixes, and found them 100% accurate.

she reminds me a lot of my girl yuki! but with erect ears of course. however id need to see more photos.

i know for a fact that yuki is 75% husky, and then 25% german shepherd/beagle.
