| That girl just adopted Aisha too, so she doesn't really know her name. She's been on the run for 2 days now! I can only imagine how exhausted she is. |

| Was she adopted through Sled Dog Rescue? Do you know?
I am a volunteer/foster mom for the rescue here that helps Animal Control, so I'm keeping an eye out there too. |

| Yes. She was adopted through Texas Sled Dog Rescue. I'm on their facebook. They've been posting stuff for the past few days. She escaped while they were walking at 6:30am. I have no idea how this happened. She must have jolted on the leash or something. Poor girl still has her leash on! |

| Dam! I just saw this! I'm not too far from that area too! I work off of Saratoga and Staples. I would keep an eye out, but I am leaving out of town tomorrow AM. But if I should spot something, I shall grab her. One of my employees lost his husky male in the Flour Bluff area. I don't know what I would do If Mia got out. I would tear the city up for her. |

| Latest UPDATE:
TexasSled DogRescue shared Lost Dogs of Texas's photo. Last sighting we've heard of was yesterday, 8/29 at 12p at Weber and Saratoga but she's probably travelled since then and no clue where she's headed so please keep your eyes open!! BTW, lots of people have been seeing her but are afraid to approach because of her size and breed. She's so sweet, so please don't be afraid! Just don't run/chase, and be patient and try to lure her with some yummy, smelly food like fried chicken or a plain cheeseburger!! We have NOT given up hope!! Please continue to say prayers and cross paws!!

| Search party on Sat.
TexasSled DogRescueKim Nickles Many many thanks to Penny for posting this article of our little lost girl in Corpus Christi!!! We soooo appreciate all the help in hopes of getting her back!! We are really worried about her! Posted earlier about a possible sighting - here's a bit more info - someone who lives in Crestmont off Holly & Ayers & Kostoryz possibly saw her on Cresterrace right off Ayers by the bowling lanes this morning while dropping off kids but then didn't see her again when she drove by again. Please keep an eye out for her! We are organizing a search party on Saturday.
