Well Brooklyn, Halli, Compton and i just had a very meaningful conversation, consisting of lots of emotional and funny"wooooo wooos" "woooo woowooowooows" & "woooohhaaaas" and head movements to go with it. At the end of it all we agreed to disagree. The conversation started because i called Brooklyn a "Dirty Dog, who needs a bath" and apparently they all had something to say about it. Does anyone else have funny little conversations with their dogs or animals? Or am I the only crazy one who does this? Ha-Ha. Would love to hear your stories.

Hehe. Freya isnt much for vocals. I really wish she was though. She barks at the cats or anything she is curious about. I have a robotic vacuum and I had it going today, she was talking to it and then barking at it when ever it changed direction lol. Was funny.
She half howels when I lock her in the kitchen/hallway/laundry section of the house while we're through the other end, but thats about it.
I love your conversation though, I really wish Freya was a conversationalist.

Yes, Ruby (lab) argues with me about everything lol, if its time to go out to potty, bathtime, bedtime, she will do this weird mouth movement and very little sound, its really funny!

Zoe won't talk to us, but Tasha is very vocal. She is a ham for the camera too and gets excited when she knows she is being taped. Here's a video my hubby took one day when we put her out on her lead to groom her. She normally sits very well on command (he wanted to show his mom that she could) but she wasn't having it because she knew he had the camera out, lol.

Add me to the crazy list! Jack is a huge talker and we go on and on some days, look up his videos. Sierra gets exicited for walks and I have fun with her then.

I always ask Juneau if she has to go potty when she starts her "potty signal". I try to make her "talk" to me before I let her out. Sure enough, she yaps every time I ask her! When I ask her and she doesn't have to go, she'll just stare at me like I'm a moron lol. I want to teach her how to speak someday.

I love Raven's sass. We chat often. My favorite is when she does a low throaty wooooo. I call it her "husky voice"

sometimes when certain friends come over, and keeonah greets them she will give them a woo woooo. low and grumbly. I always imagine it as "what the heck you doin' in my house, willis?"
apart from that though she's realllly quiet. Which i'm okay with. She speaks on command but it's more of a bark/yip hybrid thing. I was working on i love you with her and it was pretty good for a while, but i stopped and all that forward progress disappeared

Char was talking to one of my cats last night. I wish I had gotten it on video. He was laying with his nose pressed up against the baby gate and woowooing at the cat who was laying about three feet away on the other side. The cat was meowing back at him. It was so cute. Usually the cat just hisses at him. Lol

Ha-Ha, it's good to know that i am not the only crazy one! Halli is vocal when she has something to say, she is the only female out of the 3 of them and she has the lowest voice, unless she is upset, then she has a high pitch "wooooowooo" and shuffles her bum closer to you until her face is right in yours.
Compton is very vocal around feeding time, he knows where the food is kept and as soon as i go to walk into that room he paws the door knob being vocal in letting me know that i am not moving fast enough.
Our boys act like the world is ending at feeding time, they flip, spin, jump, and become the most vocal they could possibly be. I will have to get a video of them and show you all, it is quite funny, anyone would think it was their last meal.
