Forum Rules | 1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. | Judy I'm north of Chicago. I'm not sure about the beach if there is a gap in the fence. Then we would have two fugitives on our hands So you have any interest in meeting up here: http://www.lcfpd.org/preserves/index.cfm?fuseaction=home.view&object_id=209&type=P I haven't been there yet so I don't know what its like. I usually go to Duck Farm because its closest to us. But if you're in or near the city Prairie Wolf would be a mid way point. |

I would be interested in meeting up. I am about an hour from Gurnee Mills in Wisconsin, but if the drive is less than 2 hours, it is worth it. He is adorable as well!!!

Thank you Chad & Brianna! He's 11 months today Christine, were thinking of meeting up at the lake cook forest preserve, katie posted a link above and the address is at the bottom, its up north more so its probably less than 2 hours! We were thinking about sometime after July 4th. I haven't been to the parks myself but katie has so you can probably get more info from her cause there's like 4 different ones within the forest preserve

Hey guys, just catching up with this thread. How does July 14th at Lakewood Dog Park sound. If it works I will post it in the meetup thread so other people will see it and come too.

That sounds perfect, the only issue is that Lucy should be going in and being fixed that week. So that would be a bit much for her. If your planning on doing them often that would be great. It only maybr a 1.5hr drive for me. I can handle that. If her spay gets pushed back, then I will staill pass, dont want any unexpected fun for her. LOL I would definately be interested though. Maybe I will just bring Libby to the first one.
