Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

How long did the contract say that you would watch his dog for?

For a month. Im not sure the exact date she got here but I had already had her for a week before I had posted about it on the 22.

But something isn't right in Denmark, and you know that..... Put yourself in his place. Ask yourself how often you'd call if you had to leave Axel with him? If you would pick up the phone for the person minding him? If you would drop everything your doing when you found out Axel bit him????
Exactly, If I were in his situation and Axel had done that I would drop anything I was doing and be at that persons house to make sure everyone was ok, to see if there is something I needed to do and ask them if they want me to take him back. I would never allow that situation to progress any further.

I am not sure how to multi quote, so to who asked about how is she when not crated, well, the home potty on the carpets was bad but that wasnt the reason I started crating her, it was because she progressively more aggressive and would lash out at everybody and had even tried snapping at any of the kids if they walked by her. the whole time she has been here he has only come once and it was to bring me some cleaning supplies, she was so excited and happy to see him and since then has gotten worse.

I believe Tori is the one who mentioned an app? Is an android considered a smartphone? If so I will defiantly be buying that app because there are so many messages with me constantly asking him for food for her, asking when he wants to visit her, etc etc and no replies.

Well my phone was returned and I messaged him this morning and said that she has no food etc, she is getting more agressive and he has till the end of today to contact me. So lets hope he does, I doubt it since that message was sent about 2 hours ago and still nothing.

Yep. That it is. Go to the app store on your phone. It's call "Email My Conversation" and it's icon is a little blue outline of an envelope.

So what is she eating if she has no food?

I think, unfortunately, that he has probably dumped her. It's so sad and you are a very good person for doing it. BUT when the dog is hurting you then enough is enough, give him until the end of the day, and then take her to a rescue. You can't keep a biting dog. your an angel!!!

If you take it to the pound chances are it will be put down immediately. There is a reason it is lashing out. I would at least seek out an area no kill rescue.

Have you called around to local hospitals to see if anything has happened to the owner? Its definitely a longshot and I agree with everyone else that he sounds like he just abandoned her with you, but it might be worth it to call and ask. I know that last year I went into the er late at night to get some meds because I had pneumonia and I thought I'd be in and out really quick. Then they put me on life support for almost two weeks weeks and the first thing that I asked about when I finally came off it was about my dogs.

Like I said, I kinda doubt anything like that has happened with him, but I'd definitely check before you take her to a shelter or anything.

I have been hijacking some of my brothers dogs food and mixing it with a little raw, when the guy brought he he was VERY against letting her have any raw at all but, what am I suposed to do?

I think you should feed whatever you want since he doesn't care to respond or bring u more food, better than not feeding anything.
