| So I am doing one of my top hated things, laundry. I am so lazy instead of just using the hamper... For some reason I feel the need to prove to absolutely no one that I can, in fact carry all of these dry clothes in one big bundle in my arms... Which leads me to dropping multiple things and in the process of picking them up another 3 things fall and it just ends up taking me 10x longer than getting a hamper, but hey I saved myself and extra trip back to the laundry room to drop off the empty hamper, Idiot. I blame it on being a male.
Anyway my point of this post was ask if there is any kind of detergent or fabric softener specifically for dog hair because it just pops into my head and I always think to myself about pretty much anything "I wonder if there is a special one for dog hair" I think we all say that once a day in our head haha.. Anyway if there is, have you noticed a difference?
Granted I don't know much about getting hair out of clothes and if the detergent or fabric softener has anything to do with how well it gets hair out of blankets exc. Or if its more of the quality of laundry/dryer. |

| You might find that a dryer sheet will help with dog hair although you can't expect miracles. You've got a husky, you will always be covered in husky fur no matter what you do. _________________ |

| I actually use the dryer bar, you just stick it in between the fin things on the dryer and you can then replace the actual bar when its done. I find it does a good job with static, which is what makes the hair stick |

| My dryer does a great job of getting the hair off the clothes! I don't use any special laundry soap other than it being for HE washers, and I don't use any special dryer sheets - after wash and dryer, my clothes are husky fur free until I wear them. Although, what I do have in my dryer are tennis balls and I leave the dryer sheets and reuse them, so I just add a new dryer sheet with the previous ones for about 3 cycles before tossing them. This also makes your clothes smell more fresh! |

| I honestly gave up on trying to keep the fur off, I just keep lint rollers everywhere. In the house, in the car, at my desk, in my backpack - i have a mini one in my purse.
Judging by outfits, fur is one of my favorite accessories. |

| Bahaha I used packaging tape this morning! Glad I'm not the only one. But, my boss has a lab so he gets the whole fur everywhere thing. |

| Most of my clothes come out hair free unless they have "staticy" fabric I guess the term would be? But I also like to take my HVD and blow hair off of me, lol- trick I learned from Claudia. |

| Make sure your lint trap is cleaned out after every use and the place the lint trap goes make sure it's not clogged up. If you can check the vent to make sure it's not clogged either which means having to run a dryer vent cable cleaner thing through it. Be sure to use some sort of dryer sheets or bar to prevent static. |

| I use homemade laundry soap and softener, along with the dryer bar and I've never had clothes come out with hair on them...however you sound a lot like my husband when it comes to just carrying the laundry instead of putting it in th basket....I know he's switched the loads over because 9 times of out 10 I'll have an awesome laundry trail to wherever he decided to dump the clothes lol then of course, if I haven't swept or mopped, the dropped laundry ends up with hair allllll over it and I have to rewash. |

Have you heard of those dryer balls they sell in stores where the balls have little nubs on them? tennis balls works the same way. When you toss in a 3-pack of new tennis balls in the dryer, it tosses your clothes more effeciently which helps your clothes dry in a shorter amount of time and it fluffs your clothes at the same time. Since they are tennis balls, you still need the dryer sheets for scent and static, but the tennis balls with help a little with static also. |
