| Blaze fell down 3 of our wooden stairs the other day we believe it was because he has not had his nails done in sometime.
I took Blaze and Kerian to get the nails done today Kerian had no problem she let the girl do it with out any problems. When the girl took Blaze back to do his. We Kerian and I could see the grooming area we he proceed to bark everytime she touch his feet. Kerian and I walk away from the waiting area thinking he was acting up because we were there when we came back she still was having problems with him. I don't know if maybe he hurt his feet when he fell or they hurt because Kerian bites on them when they play. He also may have felt very unsure of her.
Well anyway she was able to get the back feet done using the dremel but could not get the front one done he refused to let her using the dremel. I told her that was okay she led him out to the waiting area to me and Kerian he then laid down and got all relax. She thought maybe she could clip them while he was there she came close to him he bark and Kerian growled. At this point nothing could be done I purchased some clippers on our way home and we will try and clip his nails ourselves.
Okay back to the original question do you guys clip or dremel you dogs nail?
Do you do it yourself or take them to a groomer?? |

| I clip or dremel them depending on what I can get my hands on at work. It's whenever I notice them honestly... _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! Join our facebook meetup group! |

| I get them clipped every now and then at work and that's honestly just a nightmare. I hate to do it, but it needs to be done sometimes. I also have a dremel that I use at home and I like is so much better than clippers. Ava isn't a fan of it, but she definitely tolerates it better and it makes for a less traumatic experience all the way around. |

| I do my dogs nails myself and I use both, clip first and then dremel smooth. _________________ |
