| Hey all. This is my babygirl Keeonah, ages and stages! Watching her grow is so crazy to me. Seems like last week she was as big as she is here in the first picture, but I'm sure you have all felt that little bit of nostalgia before;) Baby pic: 8 wks  Hangin out with daddy: 11 wks  Babygirl: 12 wks  Tired girl: 11 wks  Favorite Christmas toy!: 13 wks  First Snow! (her eyes were closed cause of the wind:P: 3 mo.  The rest have all been taken in the last 3 days or so:)   Close up of her parti eye  Waitin for daddy to come back downstairs  Little Wolf Girl  Edit: Sorry some of the files are so big! I just put them from the camera to photobucket to here

| She's gorgeous!!! There's just something else about her though. She's a special girl and must have major personality! You can tell that you love her very much and that she feels exactly the same!  |

| Keeonah's first trip to the beach! After about 40 minutes, once she was comfortable with her surroundings (and we had gone down to an emptier part of the beach) we even got to get some good off lead time in. She did fabulous! Not intending to brag, she never ran off, came every time I called, and her heel was very good! It was a successful day. Here are a few pics. I also have some videos that I'm going to post in the video section. A boy and his dog <3  Spazzin'  runnin' with daddy   She's a rocket! (IF you look closely, you can see the tennis ball she was supposed to be fetching  )  "I like the beach daddy!"  break time  throw the ball daddy! Throw it! Were you on the beach at Lincoln City?
Will she pick up the tennis ball and bring it back to you?
None of my huskies ever have done that.
They chase it, sniff it and then leave it when it stops moving.

| Ah the beach! I wish I had somewhere like that around here. Looks like you both had a great time. I have had some problems with Denali coming back to me when he is off leash, like 5 miles away problems  |

We were at pacific city Michael What you described is her probably 75% of the time haha. Today at the dog park she never brought back a single throw. At the beach though, she brought it back probably half the time. I only let her off leash when she has been doing very well on leash, and when we are in a place with 0 distractions. I just try to keep her really engaged, and every successful recall, I praise her like she's a queen and give her treats like mad. The only way to make it any better is to practice, but you have to pick and choose the opportunities very carefully. But in the end, you can't train out instinct, so it's always a judgement call. | at her 23 week checkup she weighed in at 30.8 lbs. I would probably guess her to be between 33-36 lbs now |
