Huskies are supposed to be pretty lean, even as puppies. Our girl weighed 35 lbs at 6 months and is now around 44-45 at a year. If you can actually see the ribs and hip bones, she's probably a little too skinny, otherwise she's fine. You should be able to feel ribs without a lot of effort.
If you think she's a little on the thin side, I'd up her daily food intake by just a little and see how that works. You can also supplement with kongs that are filled with plain (or greek) yogurt and pumpkin, but I wouldn't necessarily go nuts trying to add weight unless she's really underweight.

"Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. On the one hand, you become a fierce defender of the ways in which your little one is perfectly ordinary — all the things he or she can do that are just like what everybody else does. And yet, you never lose sight of how absolutely extraordinary that very ordinariness is, how difficult, remarkable and rewarding that fight to be 'just like everybody else' has been." -Gwen Cooper, "Homer's Odyssey"
