I LOVE the Jolly Ball. I've had the large one with the handle for about a year and it is still in great shape; we still play with it every night. AND the handle is still in great shape as well. I just got the small ball with the rope through it today at Target, and Kale is sitting by the back door whining, wanting to go out and play with it some more! when the rope gets worn out, I'll have to replace it, but it's cheaper than buying a whole new one Anyone else's pups like Jolly Balls?

I have a couple of jolly balls, but they don't have handles. My girls like to chase them. My mom has a couple of the big ones and her crazy bc kills them every time she gets one.

They sell them at petsmart and petco I think. I got the toss and tug one online from petsmart I'm gonna have to get the bouncey one too now! Just watched a video about it and it looks pretty durable!

its actually a horse toy that they modified especially for dogs. its made of a durable plastic, and the toy doesn't deflate when punctured. me and kale play soccer and fetch with it i never let him actually chew on it.

Okay, so what if the dog DOES chew on it, will it deflate? Is there air inside? I ask because I know for a fact that my sibe will chew on it as much as he can before I can reach him to stop the chewing. That's why I like Kong air toys. Speaking of the Kong air toys, how does the Jolly Ball compare to the largish Kong air balls?

We use the horse one, cheaper than the "dog" version (as is everything.) It has air in it but it's a harder plastic. Can't really describe it. They sell them at Petco I know that 100% Petsmart I'm not sure.

I've actually been contemplating getting one....cutting it in half and using it as a plunger mute for my bass trombone....

Nope they won't deflate. They do have air inside, but the have an escape hole, so they when they squish it the air can escape easily. Some pics

Balls always worry me a bit because Aevyn has only half figured out how to fetch, I get more exercise then he does when we play.

Awww...that video was great! We had one for our horses. I don't remember them ever actually playing with it. It became a dog toy soon after.

Aww, so cute! That video made my night! I love the pic with your puppy, too, Sara! Sky has a Jolly Ball. It's one of the few toys she hasn't shredded. Actually, aside from being dirty, it still looks pretty much new, and I leave it out in the yard with her 24/7. She loves to play fetch and keep away with it (more often keep away ).
