| Hi everyone! I've been around here a bit and finally joined. Back in December, on the 26th, I acquired a husky that had been through a few owners already. I had been wanting one for awhile, and now that I could get one I just had to choose. So I found Chloe and drove 4 hours to get her. She is an all around great, not to mention the softest (no joke), husky. Of course I can't leave out the chewing and high strung energy part!
I hope to meet other people with huskies around my area so Chloe can play with them at the park! |

| Welcome to the forum! Thank you for rescuing Hmm... I know someone from Kansas with two huskies but she's not on the forum. I'll see where she is from. Maybe it's close! ETA: She lives in Wichita... so I'll tell her to join or get you her info. She has two huskies and they are wonderful! Also ironic: her female's name is Chloe, lol! _________________ www.itsahuskything.com It's a husky thing... you wouldn't understand. |

haha yea she kinda does. I couldn't figure out if she had her collar on in that picture, I thought maybe her neck was rolled over it. She has alot of skin and fur on her neck! |

| All the better for chewing, I guess. Meanwhile, Chloe is clearly a legs kinda gal.
Haha, I know nothing of KS sports. I moved here in August from Ohio. My students are trying to get me acclimated to preferring the Jayhawks over everything else in existence and I try to keep up so I can slip comments in to keep their attention. |

Well Fenrir did that to Apollo so I guess she learned from him. She learned some strange things from those dogs... |

| You can't pawn that off on my dogs. They go for the hind legs. That is clearly a foreleg. ( I think this is considered a hijack, so let me jump back on the proper bandwagon. Welcome! ) |

| Welcome from a Sooner to the South. Chloe is gorgeous, thanks for rescuing! Did Wichita build a second dog park yet? I pass through from time to time on the way to Colorado and the one at the former landfill is big but needs some work. |

| There's one by the humane society, but it's more of the same flavor, just smaller. There are private ones that charge a ton to visit, which I may invest in if I decide to reside in Wichita for a long period of time. |
