| Riley's thread got my thinking about this weird thing Dakota does......lol. I try to get my 2 out to the dog park 3 to 4 times a week. I've noticed that when we get to the park Dakota has to go # 2. I'm not talking just once, I'm mean 2 to 3 times! He never does this at home. It's like he's thinking " oo, i know mom has to clean it up, so I'll make myself go as many times as I can!" I think he might be using it as a way to mark? Anyone else have this problem with their male pups? |

It's how my Dakota used to mark. He was totally housebroken but the minute I took him to anyone else's house, he would poop in their house within 5 minuts of being there. He never did that in "his" home. |

| Cali will do this when she gets to a yard she only sees once in a while. She does it at sis in laws, and did it right away when her previous home watched her for me one weekend, but only 1 or maybe 2 times tops on the BWs. |

| Or when Biko drops a load and continues to walk/squat the whole time so you have a line 15' long instead of a pile. |

| My 7 year old female Dalmatian does this EVERY single time we go to the dog park!! Drives me insane!! She could go poop right before we left the house and as soon as we get there she goes! I don't understand it, but it's her thing. I've learned to walk her in the woods before we walk into the park, so I don't have to pick it up in front of everyone |

| Kale is notorious for spinning and pooping, so when we pick up turds in the back yard we know that the "half moon" turds are Kale's.
Kale sometimes poops at the dog park, it's hit and miss; he never pees though. |

| Huh, I posted to this earlier but apparently it got lost in the ether...
Ghost can not go to the dog park without pooping at least twice. Seriously, we go in, and within 5 minutes she's off somewhere squatting. In our yard, she'll get what we call the poop zoomies and run full tilt around the yard a couple times before going. Then every once in a while she'll do the spin and poop too.

| this is a funny thread! Jack is a traveler when he poos, sierra is a single pile, so it does make it easy to see who might not be feeling well. they sometimes go it the park and sometimes on our walks but almost NEVER on a hike... i laugh at Eddy stopping like every few feet cause his will all poo at like the same time but S&J will hardly ever go on a hike even if its like 8+hrs long, they are eating the same if not more hiking to. weird _________________ |

| wow! this thread really took off while I was at work! Now that I think about it, Dakota does straight dumps at the park, but is Mr. Twirly pants at home. I've been calling Montana "The Walking Pooper" since she was 8 weeks old. |

| Hmm I totally didn't know they could "mark" by pooping. Makes sense, my friends Husky always has to poop in my house even though she's housebroken.. |

| Appa takes forever to narrow down his spot, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, his path continually getting smaller until he narrows it down to the spot. After he's done he gets the zoomies for a second tops. He runs all fast and excited then stops and stares at you like "TA DA!" ... he's really awkward he poops. |
