Rugers Adventures

Well just to get yall all familiar with Ruger he is a red and white husky thats 8 months old. Hes one crazy boy and fits right in with my lab. Since I live in Florida the summers get extremely hot so it seems as if Ruger has takin alittle bit of Lab syndrome in him and decided he likes to run and jump in to our pool. He does pretty much everything with me from the beach, to going to the ranch in Georgia, to taking naps. Hes a great dog and I lucked out with him. He weighs 55 pounds right now and doesnt seem be slowing down in weight. Hes still a pup, but for the most part acts pretty well. He's gorgous, and I would love to see pics of your lab too. Growing up all we had were lab mixes, I love them.

Yea I love labs, theyre such sweet, loyal dogs. Once you get passed their crazy ole puppy years they are great dogs. Water is definately his best friend though haha

Awww....I love Toby. The water issue was one of the reasons we decided not to get one right now. Growing up we lived half a mile from a river so our labs got daily walks to go swimming. In San Jose there really aren't any water bodies I would want to let my dogs swim in near by. Too many people equals a lot of pollution. I was watching a thing on animal planet about past presidents dogs, and they said Bill Clintons Lab and a golden retriever, forgot who he belonged to, had been known to randomly jump in the big fountian out front of the white house Very Happy

Well it was a really hot day in Florida today so me and my girlfriend spent a relaxing day by our pool with Ruger. Him and Toby were jumping in the pool like maniacs and I finally snuck in a Kodak moment of him sitting on my lap like a human haha. Well 3 hours later...hes STILL wet....dang their thick, wooly fur

I wish I had a big pool for me kids. Every summer I get them one of those $15.00 kiddie pools from Wally-World. The hose works good to.
