Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

It's people like you that give certain breed of dog's a bad name, because you breed and DON'T know what you're doing! This makes an aggressive, hyper, sick, poor quality pet! There are so many GOOD breeders out there, why do you feel you HAVE to beed? Tell you're friend's that want a puppy to go to the local shelter and check out how many are there and see if you really need to welcome more puppies into this world.
Better yet, you're probably too lazy to do that, so hit up petfinder.com
Responsible breeders aren't in it for the money, in fact they usually spend more money than they make! What money they do make off the puppies goes into bettering their kennel, not to go out and buy a new Coach purse.
There are so many innocent dog's out there that did not ask to be brought into this world and yet they pay the price for it.
Watch this video and see if you still want to breed. It's disgusting and disturbing, yet this is what you're supporting by back yard breeding.
I hope everything goes well for you're "baby". Perhaps you should take some of the money off the pups and invest in a spay like the other members suggested.

This thread is officially closed. I don't think the OP is coming back, but I also don't want to let the judging get out of hand.
While none of us support BYBs, I want to remind our members that throwing around accusations and making extreme assumptions are not part of a fun and friendly forum. While it is very clear that the OP doesn't know the first thing about breeding, it's also not fair to claim they he/she is in it for the money, or that he/she is lazy. Many irresponsible breeders are NOT in it for the money and some can hardly be considered lazy. All we can fairly claim is that they are uneducated and poorly contributing to the pet population and the quality of the breed.
Please be careful what you say. I do NOT support mass hysteria, assumptions, or free-form member bashing no matter WHO the member is. I'd like to think we operate with a little more decorum on this forum.
