Harrise...was wondering if you could help locate that 3,000 year old beer recipe they talk about? Not sure a direct Google search could find that.

| Ooh! Is it instant? I heard something about that and forgot about it completely. People around here are going beer crazy. Mailman was telling me he delivers books and supplies at least once a week to somewhere new. Even HE is going to get in on the action, just ordered himself some reading and beginner materials. I should jump on this train too before it leaves the station. |

| I used to brew but the sanitation is just too much work for one person, I need a partner. |

| I have a good friend that brews. He's been doing it for a few years now, but just kicked it into high gear. He plans to start brewing 10 gallons a week.
He's looking for that same recipe. From what he's said, it'll be low alcohol, non-clarified, high protein content beer. |

| OOHH!! Thanks for posting! I started brewing late last summer, and have done 3 batches now. I really need to start the next one, I have a nut brown ale kit that a friend gave me for my birthday. I'll have to go watch that documentary this week _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword.
