| Yep. Luka hated it at first. She cried so loud that I think the entire lake heard her! We started taking her out in a row boat to get her use to it and now she is fine. Kitty was fine with it from day one. She usually just sleeps, unless we are by loons or ducks, then she likes to watch them. One time she did try to jump out after a loon, but I always tie her leash on to the boat so she didn't get very far! I also make them both wear life jackets just in case. They can both swim but I'm a paranoid mom. |

| Shania loved LOVED!!! it. Shadow liked it too but not as much as Shania. My co-worker brought his boat out just for Shania knowing that it was probably going to be her last camping trip. She demanded to be carried out though lol. Guess she didn't want to get the boat dirty. When we walked along the pond (a pond that is actually larger then some lakes mind you), she would try to climb in every boat at the dock. |

| YUP! Kale loves the boat. I leash him to me and he sits in the back with me and enjoys the wind. It's like having his whole body outside the car window haha! We have a 1974 Ski Nautique and we have gone pretty fast with him in i; he does great. He's never tried to escape and he has never gotten stressed. When we took him at 4 months old I thought getting him in the boat would be a feat, but he jumped right in from the dock and wanted to get out there! haha |

| "I told you I'd come back!" This is after she swam for the mainland and made it! But thankfully the bank was solid mangroves and not as fun as the island we were on, so she regretfully swam back to us. She was on a leash from that point forward. Damn huskies will dig, jump, run, AND swim to get away! Playing on the flats right before she tried for the mainland behind us. _________________ -Sara |

| Wow! I wouldn't have thought that was a risk from her not being on a lead there! She is adventurous. |

| lol. Well the shore wasn't actually that far behind us. Just had to swim across a deep channel and then you're there! Wasn't that long of a swim. I knew it looked too close and I shouldn't have let her off lead. Next time we're going to try to get out to that island way out in that picture. That will be plenty far away! I hope! lol. And, omg, she went crazy trying to dig up fiddler crabs! _________________ -Sara |

| Our pups, Juno and Bleeker LOVE the boat! When we are going fast, they'll sit on the back seat and look out over the transom. The wife is always holding on to their life vests in case they try to hop out, but they never have. When we throw out anchor close to shore, they'll get antsy and let us know they need to hop in and go for a potty break. Sometimes they hop in to cool down too. Only once so far have they beat us swimming to shore, and they ran up and down the shore like crazy! Swimming also tires them out a lot, so they'll nap on baord and let us relax too. Here are some of my favorite pictures: Bleeker Hanging out: Bleeker and Juno relaxing after a swim: The pups swimming back from a potty break: Juno hanging with my dad: Relaxing after a long day of fun: Juno on the Carribean Island, and Bleeker on the swim platform: Bleeker loving the speed!: The pups showing off their life vests: Sorry about the large number of pics... I didn't realize I had so many I loved! |

| We're on Chatfield, and actually live right next to it, so out about every summer weekend.
We're already a member, and can't make it. Have family fromo SoCal that flew in last night, staying through the weekend.
We've gone to a couple, back in October I think, but since then, schedules haven't allowed. |

| We'll definitley try to make it to as many as we can.
On a sidenote... Chatfield finally fenced in their dog park. Bigger than the Surrey Ridge Dog Park, with trees and bushes. We live right next to Chatfield, and will be spending a lot more time there now. |
