So these are the two puppies we are looking at, first 2 pics are the female, last 2 are the male. Any guesses as to what they will look like as they get older? will they probably get more red?

What do the parents look like? That's the best way to guess. Both of mine look like a combination of their parents, though Elara looks sooo much like her great grandmother. BTW, make sure the parent's hip and eye scores were good. Just ask for their CERF and OFA scores. You want a normal for CERF and good or excellent for OFA. You want a breeder who at least checks for those two things since they are the two most common problems in huskies.

If you are far more attached to the full masks, I'd guess you'd want the female. THe male looks like he'll likely lose most of it. And although the female I'll bet will lose a bit of hers, she might keep it longer.

Judging from the huskies I've seen around the site, in combination to the ones I've met around town - you can't really guess too much on colour. They'll likely both darken and lighten numerous times in their lifetime.

Aevyn was purely black and white when he got him with a solid, black mask. In the 8-9 months we've owned him, he's gotten browns, greys, and reds in his fur, as well as a -lot- of white in his mask.

Edit: Also, as a after thought - you should probably just go meet them and decide which one you'd rather add to your pack that way. Because as mentioned, they change so much in their lifetimes anyway. Besides, they'll both be gorgeous.
