PostSubject: A Surprise Gift in the Mail   A Surprise Gift in the Mail EmptyMon Nov 07, 2011 9:07 pm

Could you all make me cry more???? I come home to a surprise package and the minute I saw it I bursted out in tears. That was so thoughtful and I can't even express how good it made me feel to know how much you all care. Willow is ecstatic with her new toy! I took a video after I calmed myself but you are going to hear my sniffing in the background. It's still uploading so as soon as it's available I will post it. In the mean time here is a pic of the truly thoughtful gifts we recieved. Seriously, you all are amazing!

Sorry we made you cry again... as Jenn said, we all just wanted to let you know we were thinking about you guys, and we all know the pain you are feeling.

Hopefully the toy will distract Willow from the cats Razz

How cute! Slimey is a great name too Very Happy We have a blue dragon that we got when we first got Ghost and named it Trogdor...

Speaking of Trogdor, Smiley looks like one of those chew proof toys. If it is, you can get them at Petsmart (that's where we got ours). Ghost has chewed the crap out of that thing for 4+ months and it's still totally intact.

That's awesome! Ghost is finally starting to grasp the concept of "fetch". Trogdor is a little beat up, and he finally got a little cut in his leg over the weekend, but I suspect that was Caesar and not Ghost. A little stitching and Trogdor should be good as new.

I know, I had to watch them again too! I'm glad that I have them so I can go back and watch them when I want.

Well, Slimey has a few chunks out of his wings but he can still fly! She was cracking me up cause as soon as we got up this morning, instead of going straigt for the door she had to find Slimey and take him to the back door with her. Same thing when I got home...she had to find him before she would go outside. She has been playing with him non-stop! At one point she flipped him up in the air and he went behind the couch. If she was a child, she would have threw a fit right then and there! Smile

Three of my co workers gave me a present this morning. It was a Willow figurine. The one that's an angel with the puppy. I put it next to my picture frame on my desk. Plus I got another card in the mail today! Seriously, you all are amazing! Thank you!!!!

I'm a little surprised that Slimey already has some chunks out of the wings, but I'm so glad Willow loves him that much. I was cracking up reading your last post. I'll second what Melissa said, the frame looks great on your desk. That was really sweet of your co-workers, and those Willow figurines are really neat. My grandmother gave me the "Grandma" one last year for Christmas Smile

Hopefully Smiley doesn't get too much damage...
