| We had a GREAT turn out last yr for the Secret Santa and i thought it would be fun to do it again this yr. im behind on the 8ball but we can still do it. here is the info if you want to partake in the holiday fun:) Please PM me your name, address and dog/s names by NOV 7!!!!! and i will get back to everyone by the 14th or sooner. I am suggesting a $15 limit for the family (not per dog, but if you want your free to go over, please don't go under or count shipping into the $15) remember its all for fun and the dogs Smile i will than PM you who you will be gifting to, remember its a secret so no giving out clues You don't have to celebrate Christmas to partake in the fun either its open to everyone, i can note in the PM to the person that gets you to stay away from x-mas themed stuff. All the gifts should be sent in the mail by Dec 10, that gives it 2 weeks to show up, if you will be out of town or are in another country please just note that in your post so the person who does receive you will adjust the shipping date so you receive it in time. It would be great if everyone could take pictures or video of your dog/s opening their gifts to share with everyone! we can post them in this thread AFTER christmas, that way we keep the secret. it would be nice to post on here that you did receive your gift (no name of sender) so the sender knows it showed up. ok on to the fun, please post in this thread what your dog/s like/dislikes are so that whom ever receives your pups will have an idea of what gifts to pick up This will be a TON of fun and I hope you all have a great time shopping and wrapping and letting the dog/s do the opening!!! forgot to say you can put your name on the return address, or not, if you don't please add your name to the inside package so the receiver knows who sent it. just want to keep it a secret till that point let me know if you have any questions! _________________ |

| This is so much fun, I keep thinking of new ideas.
Libby loves almost anything except rubber toys.
Her favorite treats are duck wrapped sweet potatoes, pig ears and beggin strips, and her favorite toys are anything that she can hold in her mouth and squeek constantly. Ropes for tug a war. Squeeky balls are a bigs one, Her favorite toy is her husky beanie buddy, I have had to sew its head on several times so if someone can find another one, that would be awesome. Any treats that could go into her Tug a Jug.
We could always used potty pick up bags. haha
Enjoy all the holiday shopping.

| Sierra and Jack love just about everything.
Likes-rawhides, squeaky toys (never last long but still fun), natural bones, natural treats, always up for something new
Dislikes- Kongs, anything rubber, nothing with things hanging from it like fabric that is easy to pull off (sierra will eat it) happy shopping
thanks Val! _________________ |

| Can all members participate? Or is it solely for members who've been here a while?
Likes: Naturally- Shed Deer Antlers, Wubba, Busy Buddy Bouncy Bone, Bully Sticks, and basically anything else that involves food and play time.
So far, nothing on the dislikes list. I'd say just stay away from soft, plastic, artificial bones as she's an "aggressive chewer".
There is also always a demand for Frontline, Vet's Best and Nutri-Vet products (supplements, vitamins, pain relievers, digestive enzymes, etc.) for the rescues, that I care for.

| Lulu loves tennis balls more than anything else in this world (except food)
Ghost loves her stuffed animals. We've been having a lot of luck with the stuffing free and chew proof ones, otherwise they are shredded within minutes. Squeak toys are great too
They both like chewy treats too, like rawhide and the Canyon Creek Ranch rolls. Anything that will keep them occupied chewing for a little while.
Happy shopping everyone! _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | Yay! This should be fun. My dogs like anything and everything but Mishka LOVES stuffed animal things and treats them like her babies <3 Until someone eats them... There isn't anything they don't like but no rawhides or stuff with filling. And I don't mind anything Christmas themed Also, sharing is NOT an issue! lol _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! | Oh how fun is this!!
Ok, for Mya and Kody....
Likes:
Grain free treats or healthy treats (due to Kody's tummy issues) Kongs Kong airballs, kong wubbas (they LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE 2), kong footballs, any tough tough toy basically, but no rubber please. They hate them.
Rawhides (not flat ones please), bully sticks
Dislikes:
Any stuffed toy with squeakers (they can destroy these in 2min and Kody eats them...*sigh*) Rubber toys (they pay no attention to them)

| This is such a cool idea!
Demon and Dakota Likes: Just about anything they can eat or chew although we avoid rawhide (baked pork skin is fine) Plush toys don't last long, but we haven't tried the chew proof or stuffingless ones.
Dislikes Rubber toys (totally ignore them) Haven't found anything else they don't like... |

| Perhaps members can include their dogs' neck sizes as well as color, material and style preferences for collars. Just a thought. |

| Oh, and maybe their closest pet store also. So maybe tags can be an option? It's always good to have an extra tag since they wear off. I THINK that when you purchase a tag it just gives you a code that input into the machine. You could always send the code to them!
Obviously this would be in addition to something that the doggies would actually enjoy. Don't think they would be too thrilled to receive just a tag or a collar...LOL! |

| WOO! This is soooo fun! Kale LOVES plush toys (loofas and the dragon with the chew guard are his favs)! Pretty much anything that squeaks. Strongly dislikes rubber toys. As for treats, Canyon Creek is a favorite over here, but anything USA made is great too and Christmas themed toys are awesome as well

It's like her security blanket and she carries it around everywhere, and she won't go in the crate unless it's in there. Was just worried -I'm not too sure how many other Canadians are looming around the site. As for Aevyn, he likes everything. Ropes and Soft toys being his favs. He can't, however, have very much grain. So careful with the treaties, please. Can't wait! This is going to be so much fun~ |

| Yay so much fun! Neo 's likes: Bones, Anything with stuffing and squeakers, he's not picky at all. "He" would love something to not make his tags clang, it really gets on "his" nerves. Dislikes: No treats please! No rawhide either, the pieces get stuck in the carpet. I have to pick them out, and it's not fun! |

| Food is tough for mine due to Lu's allergies, no grain, chicken, beef, lamb, turkey, or pork. Venison, duck, and rabbit are ok. Natures Variety has rabbit treats both really like. Dehydrated sweet potatoes are a big hit.
Both love plush toys! A Petco gift card would work too, they like to shop their for toys. |
