2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Has anyone here ever used the flea medicine conformdix? I got a dose from my vet this afternoon and fed it to Neo with his dinner, I believe in it, because now he is covered in dead fleas. The onslought of fleas was horrendous. I noticed him itching last week, and I gave him 2 flea baths and.sprayed the house, but it wasn't seeming to work. Apparantly this stuff dies work! I gave him the Med along with Bio spot, and it is def working. I'm going to bomb the house instead of spray it. The vet also said to covet the carpet in salt overnight, and it would smother any unhatched eggs. Hmmmmmm

I agree with everyone, Comfortis is a good product if it doesn't cause any adverse reaction with your dog. I've never personally used it but a know a lot of people who do that have had nothing but positive things to say about it.

I'm going to bomb the house

Wow great that your getting results but be careful with the piling up of multiple flea killer products.

As to bombing the house send blueeyedghost your address I'm sure she wouldn't mind a practice bomb flight.

Lol! I need my house to still be standing when its over! The vet said it was fine to use a topical in conjunction with the comfirtis, but to not use the shampoo or sprays. I should be this products spokesperson. I absolutely love it. The only side effect he experienced was a little lethargy last night and this morning. But he is fine now. He is due for heartworm prevention in December, so ill proboly start using the one for that then.

Oh, the fleabaths were before I went and got the comfortis, vet said he should be fine, but no more while he's on the comfortis and biospot!

Looks like I'm the black sheep here. I tried Trifexis and didn't like it at all. I would constantly find fleas on Drogo; poor boy would scratch himself like a fiend. ;__;

You're not the black sheep at all, Kimberly. As Brooke mentioned, every dog is different. What works for some doesn't work for others, it's all a matter of finding what works best for you and your dog. Smile

Lots of people rave about Revolution but it didn't work for my chi girls at all!
