PostSubject: Nika is home!   Nika is home! EmptyWed Sep 14, 2011 8:38 pm

I know there isn't many members from around here, but Embry's mom, Nika went missing on September 12th on County Rd. P in Menomonie, WI. She's a 3 year old, intact black and white female. She weighs between 40-45lbs and is very friendly, but she's obviously nervous. She had just been rehomed to a new family, but when she's found she will not be returned to them, she will be going back home to her breeder because obviously they aren't responsible enough to have her.

What an idiot kid! If this girl's family gives the breeder too much trouble for taking Nika back, they could technically go after them for libel for what the stupid girl wrote on the site. Even if they don't intend to, it could be a good bargaining chip to keep them from causing trouble.

oh man they're were so furious, they already threatened her with a lawyer for slandering them! this girl was so dumb, they're friends with sheriff's with both area police depts, and lots of vets so i don't know where this girl was trying to go with all this bs!

they don't even have rights to the dog since Kelly has all of Nika's vet work

I'm glad they've already threatened them and it's especially good that they have people like that to back them up. I really hope they are able to resolve this quickly and get Nika back where she belongs.

i may have found a new forever home for Nika with a friend Nanci from a different Husky forum, she lives in MN with her two male huskies Smile

if anyone is looking for huskies in this area, she really needs to rehome them quickly, and is letting them go free to good homes..
