Hi gals!

I decided to join all you lovely ladies in your weight loss journey since I have more than a few pounds to shed myself, and I was hoping someone could recommend a good sports bra for plus size women. I wear an F cup and I can't find ANYTHING in in a department store that is over a D so I'm going to have to buy online. I was hoping some of you might have experience in bra shopping online so if anyone can recommend quality sites or brands please do tell. Embarassed

I'm right there with ya girly! I joined the gym last month and totally slacked all last week and I feel terrible! I am pretty busty myself and was in the same boat trying to find a good sports bra that will hold those bad boys down. Under Armour makes a good one and my new favorite one is my KSwiss bra I got from Ladies Footlocker on sale for $14.99 from $45.00! It's really comfy and pretty cute too! Most importantly it keeps the ladies in place lol.

Can you girls please take your extra boobage and send those donations my way?? Thanks! Razz

Seriously, I need bigger boobs!!!

All jokes aside. That's great Selene and Kelly! Once you get into the routine it doesn't feel like a chore anymore. It actually motivates you more to see that you can actually do MORE than the week before, etc.

I feel ya girls! I am 25 and have already had a breast reduction, and still am a DD. I was a 16 year old, 5 ft, 150 lb girl with G boobs! I have actually found GREAT sports bra online, BUT they are inside the shirts. It's like a dance shirt, and has a sports bra, a reinforced band and then the shirt. I found it on Amazon.com. I don't remember the brand. If I can find out (I have a weeks worth of laundry to do) I'll post the brand, but if you google plus size sports shirts, it should pop up.

Mel, I'll go ahead and fedex you some extra Razz

Jeeze, I'm totally in the same boat. Athleta is amazing, but xpensive. Thankfully, two of them will keep you all set for a very long time.

Mel, you can have some of mine too!

I've dropped from a 38DDD to a 36D lately, but I get the Moving Comfort bras from REI. They are seriously awesome and hold me in place during intense sparring for karate (well, back when I could do it). Here's their link:

I was also going suggest Title 9. I get all my sport bras from here because they come with a rating that will tell you how much support you'll get. I used to do a lot of high impact cardio and have found the 3+ barbell rating or higher will my ta-tas in place! (although now all that high impact workouts have done my better knee in!)

Here's one at Title 9 that goes up to E cup size.

They really do have good sport bras!

I've never had issues finding bras as I'm normally a C cup however since having my baby girl and nursing her I've gone up to a DD cup. This is embarrassing, but I got a bunch of DD cup nursing sports bras at Walmart of all places and I know they had even bigger sizes. Having a baby will boost your cup size quite a bit! Lol

I actually got a decent sports bra from Sports Autority made by Champion. I was a 36DD now I'm down to a 32D. But since I can NEVER find 32D in the bras I like I have to go 34. But the champion sports bra snaps in the back like a regular bra and did really well at keeping the girls in place during running and work outs.

Yes, Champion has great sport bras with great support! I've had a few of those too! And then I found Title 9 with sport bras that have great support without smashing the twin peaks, and it still has some style so it's a cute sport top bra. Razz

Lululemon Athletica also has some great sport bras with great support and great style, but they are really pricey and I don't know what size they go up to.

I bought mine from Sports Authority; I think its an Under Armor brand. But anyways, it sucks. Yea it holds the twins in place but holy hell it is so TIGHT and my boobs are squished together so bad! Sad It was expensive too, like almost $60.

I hold my melons in with a regular bra, and I throw an under armor bra on top. Keeps them from sagging! lol
