| I started this being owned by a Husky Chloe back in December. She is now a beautiful 10 month old joy in our lives. I had some trouble with my computer and felt horrible about not being able to keep in contact. Plus in March I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and underwent a full Masectomy, try keeping a joyful Husky from jumping on you during that recovery. Haha, well after 5 months of Chemo, and a diagnosis of 100 percent clear, I am back on track with my life.
Now about Chloe, I don't think she realizes she is a Husky, she is not a talkative pup which is kind of disappointing, we actually think because she is best friends with our Min Pin Mix Peanut, she thinks she is a Min Pin. When my daughter takes her out people say "oh you own a Husky? Like they are offering condolences." Honestly she tells them that Chloe is a perfect dog, she is not destructive, does not dig, does not jump over the fence, other then being a counter surfer and people food junky she is a very good dog. We are very happy with our decision to add this breed to our famiy. So happy we are getting Chloe a baby brother, we are on pins and needles because we cannot bring him home for another week. Chloe has already met him and was not impressed, she was afraid of him at first. What amazed us was the way the other adult Huskies took her under their wing, it was a beautiful pack moment. Chloe was more fascinated by the people's Macaw in the corner of course. Thats our dingbat. We would not have her any other way.
I will continue to stay in touch, and ask a million questions, a day never goes by that I don't stop and say "really Chloe?, " I love this girl so much!!!
Thanks Everyone!!

| Hi there, welcome back! My mother in law went through the same thing about a year ago so I know what you must have gone through. She is now fully recovered as well. Thank god! You must be a very strong person =)
Awww both of your babies beautiful!!! It will take Chloe a while to get adjusted to having a new baby brother around, but watch they will end up loving each other! |
