| Here are some pics of the dogs from the party last night. We got really drunk and were dressing them up (the red dress on Lulu is the result of a drunken trip to Wal Mart the night before), and Lulu freakin LOVED the dress. Seriously, she was strutting around the party like "yeah, you know I'm a sexy bitch!". I can't believe how much she came out of her little shell, and we just had one little piddle at the very beginning. She was Little Miss Social Butterfly right along with Ghost. They were cracking me up all night, and everyone just loved Ghost. "I'm too sexy for this dress" "Really? You really made me wear these F***ing antlers again?!" Ghost couldn't quite hang with the crowd by the end: _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | Meredith! I just had an idea for Lulu! She has anxiety, right? And she loved the dress? What about a thunder shirt? Maybe it would help her?!! |

| Sam, I've actually been thinking about that and I agree it might help her. She really was a different dog with that dress on. Thanks for the suggestion _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | I think that's a great idea. Petsmart and Petsupermarket carry the thundershirts now.
I like the picture of you trying to get them by the tree. |

| Snapped a couple pictures at the New Orleans park today when Ghost met those other 2 Huskies. One was a gorgeous 2 year old red, the other was a very sweet 12 year old girl. _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | Ghost opening her gift on day 2. It was a much bigger hit than the t-shirt, though I maintain she just has no appreciation for 80's pop culture _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. They must have ALL relocated to our Petsmart! They had so many when we were there this past weekend! I was telling Meredith that I didn't get one though. After seeing them in person I think that my two would kill them in a matter of a day. I don't know how yours don't scratch I wish mine weren't so destructive!!! Mad I was about to get them just to give it a try, but at $15 each I didn't. They're so adorable though!! |
