I made a video diary of my friends litter. They are seven boys and one girl and were born at the end of July. And I really, really love them...

Welcome to the forum! Are you going to be able to convince their owners to join.
Even though they aren't great the various translators do work to get the point across.
Now that's a nice bunch of pups there! Had to laugh though, Avalanche (my Alaskan Husky) went nuts when he heard the noise being made by momma and pups!
Since you speak both German and English, how does Google translation do for that last paragraph: Nun, das ist ein netter Haufen Welpen da! Musste allerdings lachen, Avalanche (mein Alaskan Husky) drehte durch, als er das Geräusch von Mama und Welpen hörte!

I will ask Ulla, the breeder. She is not a big computer person. She enjoys the outdoors.
And the Google Translator worked really well. Perfect German!
I have been to some of the Southern States and really enjoyed the American people... I have been to Tennessee, the Carolinas, Arizona and Nevada... but never to Texas. Greetings from Germany to Avalanche, Sky and the kittens!

I like the week by week format. you really get to see them grow and that progression of their ears starting to stand and the change in vocalizations.

I was curious about the ears, because I am not so familiar with Huskies. More so with Rottweilers. Have been living with Rotties all my life. But I fell in love with those Huskies immediately. And as I was documenting them from the early stages, I was wondering when their ears will erect. I guess every puppy grows on their own pace and for some Siberian husky puppies may take a little bit longer... one of the pups... his name is Brownie... he still has one floppy ear.
Here is a video of them on their first day at a dog training center, they were 8 weeks at the time:

Be aware that their ears will go up and down ... they'll eventually come up but when they teeth (lose puppy teeth and get adult teeth) their often ears will droop, then come back up again later.
I just did a quick online review since my dogs are all rescues and come to me as adults ... it seems that it'll be 6 months, more or less, before you can expect them to stand erect "most of the time." Sky's ears are erect most of the time, Avalanche is apt to have his pulled back in a strong breeze (actually looks like his ears are being blown back) and when he's riding in the Jeep.

I'm sorry, I can't watch this with the sound on - Avalanche goes completely nuts -- He wants to come play with you all.
That's quite a good looking collection of Huskies you've got there!!

That's so cool that you get to really see each other's progress over the year how much they have changed compared to each other.
