In roughly three-ish weeks a new furry little Siberian Husky puppy will be calling the Pleiss residence it's home.  I figured since it's down to the last three weeks it's pretty much solidified that I'm getting a puppy I could make a scrapbook for the little beast angel.

However, the scrapbook won't be a scrapbook for another couple of weeks.

So - in the meantime all you will have is a name as I will let all of your minds wonder as to what the little thing could look like.  Shaina (Indy and Rebel) gets all of the credit for coming up with the puppy's name.  She's wonderful <3

Name: Mechta.

The little ball of doom is going to be my show prospect.

Yikes, that was uncalled for. MOST people here are not opposed to people adding in a new puppy. If Ceara is going to a respectable, reputable breeder (which she is- she has been looking pretty much since she joined here, this isn't a sudden decision and we've all expected it within the past several months) and has the time to handle everything that comes with puppies and Bella is all set to be a big sister, then that's awesome for her.

Wow, did you guys even remotely read the smiley face on that? CEARA and I have been talking a lot behind the scenes, and that was a PRIVATE joke. Not a jab. Because she told ME and told me not to say anything.

You can't expect someone you don't have the joke with to get it, and smiley faces don't really mean anything.... I use them all the time when I'm not being nice, lol.

Heather - I'm glad everyone has been expecting this lol! And here I thought I was being all clever! The original plan was to wait for a specific breeding in 2014 but the potential from this litter is really great. A super added bonus is that the pedigree's of the dogs are pretty rare.

The most I can give right now (aside from the call name) is the registered name. Which I have put a lot of thought and time into as I want it to represent a lot of things I plan on doing and achieving with this dog. I've been sitting on it without telling anyone aside from my breeder for near 7 months now.

The dog will be: Boreayl's Dare to Dream, call name: Mechta (pronounced Meech-ta). Mechta is Russian for Dream.

As an aside - I have also applied to volunteer for my local Siberian Husky rescue to do home inspections/shelter inspections in my area (they don't have anyone up here in Easton).

I must say, all I read was the topic and that you (Ceara) were the last one to post and before I even read the first post I said "I bet she's getting a puppy!" Glad to see I was right!

Congrats! I can't wait to see/hear more about the little furball! He/She is so lucky to have such a wonderful home!

So, can I then guess now that's where the pup comes from? :p
