| WOOF, hello My name is Beauty and i just had emergency surgery 3 days ago my dad did some online research and found out that my vet missed something on my last visit. Turns out i had closed cervix pyometra and was very very sick. My dad quickly contacted my vet less then 1 day after my visit and requested to be seen asap , the vet made me a new appointment for a few hours later. Once i got to the doctor dad had to help me in and out of the car and shortly i was seen the nurse ignored my dads suggestion to what was wrong but we quickly found out that dad had done his reading and the x-rays showed i had CCP i did not feel good at all. Well its been 3 days now ive been home since Saturday afternoon when my mom and dad came to pick me up i was so sooooooo happy i felt better even dad noticed and started crying but the thing is all i want is to drink water not very interested in eating food and my dad feels really bad especially since he worked really hard to find a diet that works for me i want to help him out but you know silly humans cant tell whats wrong so if there are any furry loves out there that could help my dad out id howl to the moon thanks a bunch. p.s I was eating raw up until Tuesday and my surgery Thursday, i came home almost 3 days after |

| Hi Beauty, and you sure are a beauty. I am sorry everyone missed your post. How is she doing today, is she eating yet? Surgery will mess up the tummy and that is probably why Beauty isn't eating much. Give us an update, since you posted this on Sunday and then we can see how to help. Welcome to the forum <3 |

| Hi Beauty and Mike, I have to agree with Renee ( @Miyasmomma) you are a real beauty!! I saw your post, but I'm suffering with an ill dog of my own and have no idea what's going on so I can't really post a good response. I'm really glad that your dad found out what was happening with you and you were able to get it fixed and yeh, tummy operations really suck, it feels bad and you just don't feel like eating ... or much of anything. Hope you get feeling better soon!! _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford . |

All in all this Wolf girl is on the positive road to recovery and ill be back to doing my "Husky Thing" really soon yay for me and yay for dad and mommy thanks for trying to help my dad out he really tries his best to treat me like im his daughter (he tells everyone im his kid and they always think human until they see me ) thanks guys and gals and woooooooooooo to all my cousins on here later |
