Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. | Subject: Meet Remington! :) Thu Oct 19, 2017 10:43 am | |
| Hello everyone! My name is Remington, but my hoomans call me Remi. I'm an 11 month old Siberian Husky. I was bought from a breeder by a woman as a pup, who soon decided she didn't want me. She dropped me off "temporarily" with a couple from my hoomans' church, then later called saying she didn't want me and they could have me. They were a very nice couple, but already having 3 dogs, 4 kids -- two with special needs, and 4 cats, they simply could not take care of me properly. So, my hoomans took me in. It was love at first sight. I'm a very good puppy-- I don't mean to brag. The only horrible things I've done are chewing up my hoomans' bedroom blinds--twice-- and chewing two holes in the carpet... but other than that, I'm really good! I love sticks. Sticks are the best things in the worlddddd. I'll find the perfect stick on my walk and carry it around prancing the entire time. I love to snuggle and run and play fetch, and my hoomans love to hike-- and I do too. We go hiking all the time. I love the woods and exploring. I love dogs and all hoomans, and I love kids! My parents got very lucky. I know they love me with all of their hearts. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys! |

| That's an 'eck of a way to start life, three owners in 11 months - but then, sometimes it just takes a bit to find that *right* hoomin to live with! Congratulations on finding them!!
You're setting yourself a good record early: Remi 2 - blinds 0 Remi 2 - rugs 0 So what's your next pair going to be??
That's a great picture in a great setting, looks like just the place to toss up a tent and throw down a sleeping bag for a weekend or so.
Good to see you here, Remi and tell your hoomins to keep in touch!!
(( ... and you're name after Remington the artist or Remington the arms maker?? )) _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford . |

| aljones, I'm named after Remington the arms maker:D Me and my hoomans are moving to a nicer apartment this weekend actually (I know I know... apartment. But they take me on 2-3 long walks a day and we try to go for a legitimate hike once a week! We also play all the time, so living in an apartment doesn't matter to me. They spend a lot of time with me and prioritize me. I was known for digging under fences and running away at my previous home, so a yard probably wouldn't be best for me anyway) so I'm sure I'll find something to destroy there when they aren't looking My mom said she will definitely keep in touch on here! she loves to learn more about the best ways to care for me. |
