| He did a great job with the crate training ... didn't even have to lure him in with snacks, he jumped right in and after a couple of days he got used to being crated when we go away, a kong with snacks helped a lot for the first minutes because he would whine. After he is done with it he goes right asleep

| I like that picture of Yuka "helping" in the back yard, sorta looks like "What're you looking at? I ain't done nuffin, yet!"
That is a really neat picture of him between the tree and the ivy .... _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford . |

| These are some cute pics, Yuka is adorable, I watched his video playing with the ball in his weird zoomies thread too, too cute. Ok, a heads up on the Ivy he's next to in his last pic. Ivy in general is poisonous to dogs. I didn't know it til last year, but yeah, try to watch Yuka as best you can with chewing on it. He's tiny still so it wouldn't take much, and they normally can't eat too much of it before their throat starts burning and stuff. Skin contact can also result in lots of itching and irritation, etc. Since you just planted it, if you still have the tags that have the name of the exact species of Ivy it is, maybe just google it and see if it can cause any issues for Yuka. |

| Oh, good thing i posted that picture here then because i didn't know that. Did search for poisonous plants before and didn't see ivy listed, .. well poison ivy but that doesn't grow in the Netherlands. Don't know what kind of ivy it is but not going to take any chances and plant it somewhere else. The part of the back yard up to the fence where the ivy is, is ment as a safe area for Yuka so he can go outside unsupervised if he wants to when the back door is open. I will still be able to keep an eye on him, but wont be able to get there fast enough to get leaves out of his mouth. Thank you so much for warning me, could have ended badly if you had not told me about it because Yuka loves to wreck plants. I'm sure he would have pulled some leaves of the ivy to chew on them and the symptoms are no joke Guess i have to find a different plant that can grow against the fence thats not poisonous and i better do my homework before planting anything else till he finally learns not to pick everything up thats on the ground or attached to plants |

| Was wondering how much Yuka's coat changed, i see him every day so i don't really notice it as much, but comparing two pictures really shows how much darker his coat has gotten Yuka 2 months ago Yuka today |
