I like the difference between the first picture "Oh, mom, I'm trying to take a nap!" and the bottom one "Oh yeh mom, where'r we going??"

She's definitely a handsome pup, I can't wait to see how she changes as she grows!

Koda is getting so big! When I got him at 7 weeks he was 5lbs when I took him to the vet on Monday for his 8 week shots he was 9.7lbs He almost doubled in a week! He is doing perfect in his crate, he is now sleeping all the way through the night (he pees for forever when we get up in the morning though) and we are doing pretty well on potty training he is still peeing in the house about once a day, but he goes to the door every other time to let me know he wants out.  Could his daily pee be an obstinance thing?

He is doing perfect with the dog and cat.  He is very dramatic and likes to act like he was hurt if his toy gets taken or if Layla is running too fast for him to catch.  He is ready to be a big dog for sure, we go on nightly walks (I carry him after about 5 min) then he whines because he wants down, then when he gets down he whines because he is tired. Over all he has been fantastic exactly what I was expecting!  Having a well behaved grown dog in the house has helped a ton, he learned sit, stay, shake, and to go sit by his kennel before eating from watching Layla.  I am so glad I decided on a Husky instead of another German Shepherd.  He is perfect, a PITA, but wouldn't trade him for anything!

On another note, because naturally I want to compare his size with others so I can guess his adult weight, how much did your males weigh at 8 weeks?

Omg our dogs could be twins! Where did you get Koda from? Juno was really small when we got him, like 8.5 pounds at 8 weeks. Since then he's been gaining 2-4 pounds a week! He's now 25 pounds at 15 weeks. He eats sooo much.

It's great that you have well-behaved dogs to show Koda the ropes! That helps so much. Don't worry about the pee thing. He's so young right now, he's bound to make mistakes. He probably just had a brain fart and forgot that he's not supposed to do that. Juno peed on the rug the other day after not having an accident for probably a month. Who knows why. If Koda still has a UTI, that also makes him more likely to have accidents.

Here's Juno at 11 weeks.

Love the pictures. A note on the antler. It looks like it's a common deer or whitetail antler which are really hard and can actually break an adult dog's teeth. You may want to replace that with a moose or elk antler that won't be as apt to damage growing puppy teeth.

@dropsofjuniper OMG they could be! Koda has gotten huge, we go back to the vet on Monday I can't wait to see how much he weighs now. Our scale at home is funky. Having Layla has been a huge help he sees her getting treats for doing things and copies her behavior. I got him from a breeder out here in Texas, nothing fancy (I did however go out and check to make sure all dogs were well treated and all that jazz) I can't wait to see how his and Juno's masks change!

@TwisterII Thanks! I had actually never heard that, if the opposite it seems everyone out here has deer antlers. I will take your advice and switch.

Yeah it's so cool watching their coloring change! Juno's coat has lightened up since we got him and his face has gotten redder. His blue eye is a lot lighter now too. Right now he's in full-blown goggle phase, but eventually he will probably look a lot like his grandpa.

Week 11 Koda weighed 15.9lbs at the vet today! He has sit and stay mastered as long as I have a treat in my hand and hasn't had an accident since my last check in! My boyfriend had back surgery 11 days ago so we haven't been doing much so both dogs have been a little stir crazy, Kongs and bully sticks have been life savers!

Koda is now 13 weeks old and has grown a ton! I haven't weighed him because our scale is funky and the furthest thing from accurate, but I noticed the other day when I picked him up that he is getting ridiculously heavy and he is almost as tall as Layla.  He has been perfect with his potty training for the last couple of weeks (knocking on wood as I type).  His basic obedience is flawless, he actually does better than Layla (she isn't food driven so it is really hard to motivate her to do anything, where as Koda will do literally anything for a crumb).  He refuses to listen to my boyfriend which I find so funny because none of the animals do (they're my dogs and they know it).  I am fascinated by his coat and how much it has changed.

Aww he's such a big boy now! So gangly haha. Soon he'll get fluffier and you won't even be able to tell what's underneath. Enjoy his obedience while it lasts. lol!  Juno was by far the best-behaved at 13 weeks. He was so good we let him off-leash all the time. Now he's a lot more independent and could care less about treats when there are other dogs and people around. It's funny that he won't listen to your boyfriend, but you might consider working with him on that. It can be helpful in dangerous situations or just convenient when someone else is watching him. Juno is actually much better behaved for our dogwalker than he is for us! He knows we're his parents and we love him unconditionally, so he's a brat to us. Evil or Very Mad

Juno's coat was actually at its lightest around 13 weeks. And it was superrr soft, all puppy fur. It started disappearing little by little and now it's all gone except for on top of his head. Also, he pretty morphed from a puppy into a big dog overnight around 15 weeks, so enjoy these last few weeks of cuteness while they last! This is him looking all grown up at 15 weeks:

This was him at 13 weeks:

Great pictures of a couple of good looking, happy pups.
