| Hey all, I'm you resident crazy bunny lady (among other things) so I thought I'd share a portion of my farm!
Currently I have 11 rabbits - first pair bred because I was an idiot and provided 6 babies I couldn't part with and it's all been down the warren since then! The bunnies I have range from a Silver Fox, Dwarf Lion Head, Holland lops, and a bunch of mutts including my newest rescue a Dwarf Hotot mix~ as it stands they have their own room with a fully screened in 6ft patio that gives them the option of safely going outside if they please as well as a bunny playroom/living area with heater and AC. This summer I am planning on growing a large area of forage for them along with building an enclosure so that they can have a change of scenery. Oh and I should mention all the males are neutered now so there won't be anymore accidentally litters.
As for the dogs - I own a 6 1/2 year old American Doberman female named Rogue who is the house mom to all the animals and the peace keeper to all. She as my first dog and grew up in the city so she's super socialized with humans and all sorts of animals and can do a multitude of random tricks and tasks. Ah...and while she's getting older she's still more active then even my pups! The only thing she really asks for is to be covered up at night because if you don't do it, she'll wake you up and lead you out to the couch to fix the problem.
Cats now! I have 5; a pair of ragdolls, a Persian, and 2 mix breeds. The oldest ragdoll and the Persian were my first pets when I moved out and the doll is my best friend. While each cat is unique - the older ragdoll only drinks water if she sees you pour it, my husbands 16 year old sleeps on the dog, and the ex-feral black cat gives hug - I love them all to death.
Lastly I have recently started raising Nigerian Dwarf goats with ambitions of doing conformation shows and being part of the DHIR program with my does. Currently my mother has 3 goats (2 wethers and 1 doe) who while adorable, aren't registered with the ADGA so they are strictly pets. The herd buck, a young buckskin named Archer, is set to be the herd sire of 3 incoming doelings who are all lovely and come from amazing milking lines.
Ok well, that's a summary of my little farm so far and while I plan to expand thanks to all the land I just wanted to show you all the other kids. |

| Oh so much cuteness. I miss having a bunny. I grew up with rabbits. We had goats for a week but too much destruction. _________________ |

| Definitely cute - and I didn't realize the dwarf's were that small. The picture with a hand in it really shows just how small they are - even if that was a young one, it's still really small!! _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford . |

| Sarah, awesome family critters you have. I used to have a ragdoll, and oh my your are beautiful, just love that breed. <3 Your Dobie is gorgeous. When we were deciding on a second dog, it was between the gsd, dobie and rottie, I couldn't find a decent breeder except for gsd and that's what we ended up getting. Love dobies Was it in your other thread that you were thinking of doing herding competitions? Just curious on what dogs you would be using for that? |

| Ah thank you all! Yes the goats are little right now and will ultimately be around 60lbs but they are still shorties. @MiyasMomma I think you may have confused me with another because I am only planning on showing dairy goats for confirmation and milk quality. As for the dogs, the only one that could possibly be shown in any circuit would be Abigail but I think her tail has a bit too much of a curl and her coat - while still may be puppy fluff - appears wooly. |
