So I thought I'd get started on Kohdi's scrapbook...I have tons of pics so bear with me as I'm still going thru them/finding them in my files...I'll start with Kohdi at 9 and 10 weeks old

4 months old...he looks huge but that cowboy boot is actually just a "flower pot"

He LOVES to just kick it by the pool...

Awwww, He's such a beautiful boy....he looks quite fluffy, Jimmy is he long, short or in between length coat? I adore his flower pics, so picture perfect. He actually seems to be getting darker as he grows. May you find much joy in Kohdi and baby Mishka. Thank you so much for sharing.

Thank you Renee!!! He's definitely fluffy, I'd say lengthwise his coat is in between, but its very very thick...and yes, he becomes darker as he grows but it depends on lighting too, you can kinda see what I mean when I post some more pics, daylight plays with his coat colors quite a bit, and so do the seasons (darker in summer, lighter in winter) Mishka it seems will have a similar coat in color as Kohdi. Not sure yet if I should combine Mishka's and Kohdi's scrapbook, or have a seperate one for each, anyways, I'm gonna post some more pics a lil later on, most are on my Iphone unfortunately, so theyre not the greatest pics.

Kohdi's color is grey and white...depending on the light, he looks anything from a grey grey/white, to more a sable color/wolf grey...nxt 3 pics are examples...here, to me, he looks more "grey grey/white

Kohdi also has "parti-eyes", they have a really cool amber color...but also have the blue in them. Here is the amber look

Omg, Jimmy, his eyes are so much like Miya's it so hard to describe to people on the net, all my pics are cell phone pics. Light brown with a bluish/black ring. That is so cool. Miya has the color differences with the light too just not as dramatic. More gray/silver/what did you call it wolf sable? Then a black streak down the length of her back.
Btw please make a separate scrapbook, so we can see how they grow and comment individually.

It IS hard to describe isnt it!!! Even they change color with the light!! I say "amber", but its not really quite amber, more like brown with this translucent cover that seems to blend right into his mask at times.

btw, your Miya is a silver and white with brown eyes, just like my Anuschka was... I wish I would have known about this site when they were alive so you could have seen her, she was beautiful, almost all white but just enough of the markings to know she was definitely a Husky. I miss her so much

I have totally came to grips with the fact my cell phone camera sux. Miya has a tidge of brown on the back of her neck/head similar to Kohdi. If you have pics you can put them up in the memorial section if you feel that you are ready to share. What a beautiful name, Anuschka. I checked out Mishka's scrapbook too. I do enjoy this site, I fell in love with huskies when I was a very young little girl, I've said before, their uniquity is why I love them.
